This is long overdue. Prior to pandemic I purchased a basketball hope for my kids but needed a 3' to 4' steel pipe to be used as an anchor and sleeve for the basketball pole. I reached out to Ritner Steel to see if that had something that would work at a reasonable price, (seeing that I bought the basketball hoop used - I didn’t want to pay more for the anchor pipe I intended to cement in ground.

I emailed Joseph Dorbian initially - he responded almost immediately and informed me that Josh would be calling me. Josh was polite and told me to stop by, that he should be able to find me something that works. So I took the drive from Hershey to Carlisle and met with Josh. From the moment I walked through the doors, everyone I spoke with was genuinely nice.

Josh then stopped what he was doing to go find us a piece of pipe. When he did, he offered it to us at a more than reasonable price.

So, here is my point - if Joseph and Josh took the time to understand our need - a very small order in comparison to most - I would suggest they will exceed your expectations as well, no matter how large or small your need. Attention to detail, no matter how small it may be, is everything.
