Rittenhouse Dentists, Bala Cynwyd PA

My appointment time was messed up, forcing a 40-minute wait. Felt like the dentist gave me a cursory look at best.
This branch of the practice accepts my insurance, but the Center City one right near my house does not take it.
Also, the practice only has appointments until 3PM? Since when? How can most people make it before 3 without taking a day off from work?
I have gone to this office for my dental care for 48 years for three different dentists; not sure if that will continue.

Great experience, walking into the office was like walking into a spa. The sweet aroma of candles, lavender soap and soothing music was an added bonus to the courtesy displayed my everyone there.

Everyone here is professional, caring and very knowledgeable in their roles. The office is always clean and relaxing. They are great at being sure that you are reminded of your appointments. You’ll get a printed overview of what you owe whether it’s at that time or in the future. They simply have a very good system going at Rittenhouse Dental. I am a very pleased patient!

This was my 1st visit to this practice and I was so impressed with the thorough nature of the paperwork and COVID questionnaire that was able to be completed online. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hygienist who did my preliminary exam and cleaning was extremely thorough and explained everything in advance to me. The dentist then came in to meet me and explain what my plan of treatment will be. The practice annual dental plan is comprehensive and gives a significant discount for most major dental procedures. All in all.an excellent beginning to what I hope will be a long relationship with this dental practice. Thank you Rittenhouse dentists!

Rittenhouse Dentists are great! The office is conveniently located and the dentists are friendly too. Health and safety precautions are a priority. Richie is the BEST! I would absolutely recommend you book an appointment and see for yourself.

Wonderful place to keep your teeth beautiful. The staff are warm, friendly, and very punctual. I love that you are never sitting around waiting to be serviced. I love this dentist office and look forward to my next appointment.

I recently relocated to Phila and was looking for a new dentist. After seeing all the positive reviews this practice has received, I decided to give them a try. It had been a few years since I had come in for my regular cleaning and had recently developed some concerns. The dental hygiene/assistant team were all super helpful and in particular Dr. Steffey was so helpful in answering my questions and took initiative to explain why certain steps were necessary as part of my treatment plan. I will definitely recommend this practice to others! The office environment is also welcoming and relaxing- a welcome change to other dental offices I've been to.

My thoughts when i left were "is this what my dentist should have been doing for all these years? " The staff at rittenhouse dentists were incredibly thorough, nice, and professional.they were detailed, friendly and explained everything to me.would highly recommend

Highly recommend, the office is exceptionally clean, services have been excellent and all of the staff are extremely personal and professional.

I had a cleaning and 3vfillings done yesterday. My mouth was soar but the soreness went away in about 3 hours. I fee much better today. Thanks to you all for your kind hearted service

I arrived for a long awaited cleaning that I put off due to the pandemic. The assistant took~ 40 min for a lot of x-rays and depth measures which is great. However, I saw the dentist for ~ 10 min which left only 10 min for a rushed and less than average cleaning: (

A nice dental practice with friendly, professional staff. Very clean and COVID-conscious. Exam was thorough and detailed history taken.

Very clean, safe and professional. Treatment was completed in a timely manner and was painless. Consideration was given to my “fear” of dental work.

WOW! First time there and they are amazing. Extremely impressed with their professionalism and advanced technology. SO glad i join this practice.
