My experience with Ritual Space for “Lazer Links” was wonderful. Isabella was extremely helpful and provided quick responses when booking the appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Elena and Catherine which set a great tone for the appointment. I truly felt like a valued customer throughout the appointment. My 2 friends and I are thrilled with our zapped bracelets and can’t wait to get more!

We called a head of time to see what time they were open until and the girl on the phone said 6. A small group of us arrived at 5 in the hopes of getting permanent jewelry and the two girls at the front deck were both startled and rude. They said we needed to schedule weeks in advance and were not accommodating. Customer service was 0/10. I would never go back here.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I CERTAINLY WOULD! THIS PLACE IS ATROCIOUS AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! ITS THE MOST UNSPIRITUAL ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! THEY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH PEOPLE OF COLOR WHEN IN FACT THEY SHOULD BE HAPPY THAT ANY ONE OF COLOR EVEN STEPS FOOT INTO THEIR BUSINESS ESPECIALLY IN 2022 WHEN THESE KIND OF BUSINESSES ARE STRUGGLING! TAKE YOUR WEAK UNSPIRITUAL CRYSTALS AND SHOVE EM WAY UP!

THIS PLACE IS RACIST. Me and my friend (both black women) visited this shop and the employees did not greet us whatsoever and a white couple walked in right after us and they greeted them loudly and kindly. It is almost 2023 and I was appalled by how they blatantly failed to acknowledge our existence. I am very knowledgable about crystals and was planning on purchasing there, but after experiencing that, they lost my business. How can you claim to be a spiritual shop and fail to treat people with kindness? It’s a very low vibrational shop for a store that claims to be about spiritual healing. If you really want a store for spiritual items, go to Rocky’s Crystal and Minerals shop. I went there after and had a much much better experience.

Ritual Shoppe has great jewelry, gifts, and crystals/stones. It’s a girly, chic boutique. I try to stop in every time I’m in Philly.

I loved the aesthetic as soon as I walked in! Such a cute shop & the employees were very friendly and helpful. Will be returning on my next trip to Philly!

There are a handful of stores that can be called "an experience". This is one of them. The amazing selection of special items is hard to imagine has a rival. Get in there!
