Excellent choice! I was looking for a place with good location, near to pharmacies, supermarkets, the Hamilton Center and my church.and I am glad I found it. Stefanny Orellana, a Spanish speaking Leasing Agent was amazing and help me go thru a very smooth process (I just got out of a surgery). Very diligent and professional. The place is very clean and quiet. What I love the most, is the convenience store located at the first floor.ahhh and what a bonus to have a gym and laundry facilities on site! Highly recommended!

I have lived here for over 5 years. The changes S&S have made have all been positive! As a Senior Citizen I can honestly say I have always felt safe here and everything I need is here in this building. The Manager, Staff and Maintenance Crew are knowledgeable and courteous. It's a great place to live.

I moved into the apartment like 8months ago and it been wonderful, quick response in all area and Stefanny has been awesome.

I looked in so many places and I could not find what I was looking for, location, price and cleanliness.until I came to River Plaza. My view is to die for:). Stefanny Orellana, a Spanish speaking Agent, was amazing. I am very glad I was able to communicate in my own language. Very attentive, professional and service oriented. The place is very clean, quiet and has a laundry and gym on site. Ahhhhhh and to put a cherry on top of the cake, a bonus of a Convenience Store located on the first floor (very complete by the way). I highly recommended. Give it a try!

Been living here for a Long time! Love the area and the building! Anytime I have a problem (which is rarely) I call and it’s taken care off immediately! The office manager Lindsey is Awesome

It's active here. I have to be honest the parking is hard if you're not in paid parking. But it has great laundry room, a little store, and a hair salon. If there is a problem maintenance is called and shows up by the end of the day.emergency line is always available. The mail room has lockers for packages so you don't have to worry about them laying around. I've been here nearly 2 years.

I was visiting friends here. I was actually pleasantly surprised and that doesn't happen often. It also helps they have a sense of style and up keep.

This is the most beautiful apt I have ever lived in. The view of the Susquehanna River is so nice to come home to. It is quiet and clean. The office staff is EXCELLENT (and current owners) have made so many improvements to the property. The maintenance staff is efficient and take care of requests quickly. The housekeeping staff keep all the public areas fresh and clean. I feel VERY safe here. I have great neighbors. The secured underground garage is a very important amenity for me. It is very much appreciated. I will be staying in my beautiful apt for a long, long time.

I moved in here with a roommate around 2 months ago. The staff here is wonderful. They keep us informed and take care or request, concerns and maintenance nicely. The cleanliness of the common areas is always taken care of very well. Being in a pandemic hasn't stopped the quality of care we receive. The terrace is currently under renovation and landscaping looks great. They never stop increasing the value of our experience. Thank You for your care and support.
I highly recommend this community/home, if you are looking for a residence.

If there's anything I've learned in life, it's that people hold a grudge for things they don't hold themselves accountable for, and it's sad.
The Grayco is an absolute joy of a place to live. From it's contemporary/art deco style, to the wonderful Office Manager, Ann - you really can't go wrong.

The apartments are affordable, clean and comfortable. They are an ideal home for single people, couples, or even people with a child.

Carlos and the Maintenance Team are always around when you necessary, and two actually live on site.

I'm a tenant for life, and our little family feel right at home.

Been nothing but a dream since new ownership took over.

Riverplaza is the place to live at!

There inresponsible elevators stinks
Maintenance don't finish there jobs and never answer the phone always smells like weed bad parking
