The doctor, Dr. Shi, and dental assistant, Michelle, were fantastic! I expressed how I typically have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist and they were reassuring and patient. Highly recommend.

Amazing people took their time! And I didn’t experience any pain! I was petrified to go to the dentist, not anymore!

Very good care OB/Gyn care provided, we discussed concerns regarding over the age of 35 pregnancy. Quick, easy exam. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Yikes. Some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. At first, it was the MA's checking me in. One older woman (sounded like a smoker lol) had a snappy comment for everything whether it be my height, how much coffee I drank, whatever. Maybe she was trying to be funny, but really? You're belittling me?

The other, much younger, just seemed over worked and had little patience. Then there was the doctor who was so salty about the fact that I started to see another doctor at UPMC. I was transitioning healthcare plans and he just got weird about it.

I would say just work on basic manners PLEASE. It's really not as hard as it looks. And I will say the post-appt.secretaries are great, some of the nursing staff - it's not everyone. Please identify those who should not be around other people and remove them. Thanks.

Wonderful staff, very kind. Explained things in a way I understood and treated me with respect. They were able to get my in for an emergency visit and I greatly appreciated the time and care that was given to me. For a first time visit, I was very impressed and would highly recommend!

My experience at RVHD is ok my PCP AMANDA WOOD IS AWESOME SHE CARES ABOUT WHAT GOES ABOUT MY MEDICAL SITUATION AND I WOULD LIKE TO KEEP HER AS MY PCP also the pharmacy is also good too

Have a cleaning and needed a cavity filled. All done in two days. Amazing, thanks Rivervalley Dental!

Dr. Dangle and her staff are very kind and helpful. She listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions and offered solutions. She and her staff are wonderful and I highly recommend them.

This is for the chiropractic building- Simple process, everyone is kind and helpful, and it has completely changed my life. I didn’t realize how much I needed to go there until I actually went. After one session, I could already feel the difference.

The hygienist my daughter saw belittled her so much she came out of the appointment crying and she said she yelled at her and was very rough. I also noticed she was pregnant hope she doesn't treat her own child the way she treated mine. I will be canceling all future appointments and going elsewhere, where my children are treated with respect.

The whole dental staff was very helpful, informative and courteous. My experience with the staff very pleasant.
