2I have used this company for a repair once and two clean-outs. These folks are great to deal with. Deb was very courteous and professional in scheduling our appointment for a clean out. Their technician Dave arrived on schedule and spent a little extra time with me explaining how our septic system was set up. He even verified that an opening I thought was part of septic system was actually a dry well for gutter run off. Price was reasonable. Very highly recommended.
Regan and Bill installed an Eco Flo Cocoa Filter with an at grade bed on our property. We had some alarm issues at the start but Reagan resolved them. (On a weekend). Its such a relief to actually be able to do a load of laundry and run the dishwasher at the same time! Many thanks! Do yourself a favor and call River Valley!
