5 I never have had an issue before bringing my dog to this kennel. I've had her groomed there before as well with no issues. I understand that you guys are going through some "stuff" right now, but I had an appointment to bring in my dog for a grooming.
From the start the woman who greeted us didn't seem like she was happy to be there to begin with. There was a dog that started barking very loudly so I couldn't exactly hold any sort of conversation with this person either.
I keep all her shot records in a folder and unfortunately this morning when I was looking through I did not see the latest record of her shots from May. I found a receipt that showed that I was at the vet in May, but unfortunately it didn't list the shots that she had.
I understand that we would need the shot records, but I'm just more upset right now with the fact that from the time I walked in the door it was not very welcoming.
Attitude is of most importance to me and whatever this person might be going through I hope she is okay, but if the first impression that I get is that negative, I would not want my animal to be there in the first place.
I know you guys will be closing shop here soon and I wish only the best for everyone. Like I said I have not had a bad experience at the kennel until today.
Left our 1 yrs old lab pup with them to take a well needed getaway. We we're concerned about who would look after our baby. Riverside did a great job looking after him. He seemed very happy and healthy a week later when we picked him up. Nice people!
Julie and her team are exceptional and provide the best and friendliest service around. My neighbors use Riversides Kennel for boarding and I use the grooming services. Once Julie noticed a bump on my precious pooch that required immediate attention. Without her guidance and awareness this could have turned into something tragic. Thanks to Julie for her attention and a big thank you to all her staff. Highly recommended, I will never use another grooming or kennel service for my pets.
Our big boy Berlin was in desperate need of a bath and all that goes along with it! Thanks AJ and staff! He feels so much better!
