Thank you to the fantastic team at RMA Abington for helping us grow our family! We worked most closely with Dr. Castelbaum and Nurse Jamie, but every single person we came in contact with was caring, professional, and had a positive impact on our fertility journey. After a less than stellar experience at a different clinic, the transfer to RMA and Dr. Castelbaum was the best decision we could have made! Thank you!

The Doctors and nurses are nice. My only issue with RMA is the central billing department. They send you bill after bill, saying you didn't pay for visits when you did. When you call to question them about it they get rude and can't give you a clear answer. CHECK YOUR BILLS and make sure that you tell the front desk to check your co-pay and make sure they note your account!

The Doctors are good, but the management team is horrible. They will keep sending you bills that don’t match up, and the financial team will not be able to explain what the statements are meant for. The financial team is always in their feelings when talking to you because they can’t explain the bills. I will advise you to review your statements and discuss them so they don’t scam you. There’s a guy called Greg on the financial team. He’s so rude and should be working for himself. Beware!

Make sure you review your bills! Their numbers don’t add up, and they need to be audited because the financial team doesn’t know what they’re doing. Greg and Michelle on the finance team need to be fired because they’re so rude and unprofessional. The doctors and nurses are great. Just make sure you review your bills because it doesn’t add up. Your books should be audited. Your team should be able to explain every statements!

Dr. Thorne was extremely knowledgeable; him and his staff made my husband and I feel not only important as patients, but comfortable throughout the entire process. With RMA’s expertise, I am beginning my second trimester. Thank you doctors and staff!

The most amazing staff and doctors. They make a really difficult situation easy, they make you so comfortable. My husband and I cannot thank RMA enough.
