Prior to leaving his crew explained everything they did, and even spot checked to make sure everything was connected properly, there were were no leaks and if there was, they fixed everything before leaving the job. RNS was recommended to me by a family member. He showed up as scheduled to look at the job but we haven’t heard since. It’s been two weeks and multiple attempts at reaching out to receive an update.
