Roads Paving

Roads paving recently completed extensive work on our large driveway. Robert and crew are very professional and fair. They have a large crew who all knew exactly what their job is. Very satisfied from start to finish. I will recommend Roads to my family and friends. I also feel as though I made many new friends. Great job!

I am giving this rating due to Larry's poor customer service. Last year I was getting quotes on my parking lot. I was going to have Roads hired for the job. I did do a hand shake on this, but never signed any documents or anything making this an official binding contract. The reason for backing out last minute is because the very reputable company I was originally going to go with contacted me a couple days after this and decided to significantly drop their rate to the cheapest quote I received out of any company.
I called Roads back over a week ago to see if they could do a seal coating on my parking lot and the secretary told me she would contact Larry and that he would get a hold of me. I called back today and the secretary was surprised that Larry never contacted me yet. She called him and immediately called me back saying that Larry would not do a bid for me because I "broke a contract" with him.
This wouldn't have bothered me so much other than the fact that after I told Larry last year that I was sorry for backing out last minute from our hand shake, he told me "It's okay, if you need anything we are always here to help you. "

I Had my driveway and back yard paved, the experience was VERY positive. From the rep. All the way to the final product, It was amazing to watch them work. It was a well oiled machine. I would not hesitate to recommend thier services to anyone in the future. Thank you again for a job well done.

Nice job on my driveway looks really nice. The crew did a fantastic job same with the sales rep and they were very reasonably priced. They were fast, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend!
