Robert Shaw sent an unsolicited homeowner insurance quote to me that I found to be very attractive. I had rather recently changed my insurance provider to get a lower cost on my auto policy, so I was not shopping for insurance at the time. But curiously, I contacted Robert to provide a cost quote for a total insurance package. Needless to say, I found the package price very acceptable. Also, I was impressed with promptness and professionalism of the information flow. It is interesting to be dealing with a "local" agent rather than someone a couple states away as with my previous insurers. We now have six months of good experience with Robert and Allstate; and we've just renewed the policy for another six month period. Thank you Rob!

I got a good home owner quote of $900. My old insurance company was charging me $1500. USAA quote was $2000. I think Progressive quote was $1800. I got tired of calling for quotes when Robert told me $900 something and settled for Allstate. I also had to switch from USAA to All-State auto insurance in order to get the home insurance coverage. The auto insurance was cheaper than my USAA coverage by $100 per 6 months.
