Unprofessional Customer Service - I am visiting the city and searched for a Nail Shop and read the mixed reviews on this shop but still decided to go. Walked in and no one asked if they could help me. The lady sitting there waiting on her daughter getting serviced advised me to sign in on the clipboard. I signed in, was there about 15 minutes looking at colors. Another customer (caucasian female) walked in and immediately she was asked "Can I help you". I put them colors down, crossed my name off their list and walked out of this unprofessional establishment. It's 2024 and we will still doing this foolishness. WILL NOT spend my money at a place that blatantly does not want to serve African Americans.

Hi love coming here due to Michael, he does my nails just “perfect”, when is is not working and I have to go to someone else I know it will be a mess. I was so scared but I wanted to give a chance so I came to get my nails done during new years. I had a fill, I asked the lady I want pearl white. I had solar done before so she assumed that she wouldn’t fill with solar but a regular one as it costed more. Like ask me, why would you assume that someone is willing to pay or not? Due to which you could see the lines or the difference in it. Then she didn’t smoothen my nails, like I told her I have a 4 month old baby can you smoothen them so that it don’t hurt him. I felt she just was in a rush to get to another client. Like if we don’t know something then please suggest what will look good or bad, don’t just assume someone won’t pay the “extra money” to get their nails done well.

Favorite place to go! They always have appointments available, cool vibe & reasonably priced. Oh and they work pretty fast too

Michael is great! My nails are always looking good. I get exactly what I ask for! They give good service and very honest. When the guy forgot to put my appointment in the day before he let me know, apologized and they made it right. Excellent service!

Went in for gel nails two weeks ago. The technician cut me, but overall a good manicure, and I decided to try one more time. This time I went in for a standard manicure so that I could remove at home if needed.

The technician was rude and rushed from the beginning. There were no customers waiting. She reused old foils (disgusting) and only left the acetone on for approx. 30 seconds before just grinding off all the gel polish. See images. My manicure was obviously lumpy as she destroyed my nails underneath.
I will never be back and would not recommend taking children who can't advocate for themselves. I'm a grown woman, and let this happen! So disappointing!

I came here by accident; was supposed to go to Ross but got it mixed with Robinson (newer PA resident lol). I am so glad I made that mistake though. I was in need of a nail salon out in PA, went to one and it was awful. I scheduled a fill with Kim and it was great! We had to take a detour because the previous work was in astonishingly poor condition despite it being two weeks on the dot, and I agreed. We ended up doing a full set, gel black french-tip. Kim is highly detail-oriented, gentle, and takes her time. I didn’t feel rushed and I’m not a talkative client and she was able to recognize that and respect it, which I really appreciated. While I knew the price would definitely change because of refill —> full-set; I didn’t expect $80 total. This is definitely on the higher side for acrylics in this area. The nails however ate, burned the house down boots… BEST nails I’ve ever had. Two weeks later, I reschedule for a fill with Kim today. Due to some online error I was able to schedule but she didn’t work today. Two weeks later, they looked exactly how they did leaving the first time, such a good set! Chanel was available to take me and do my fill / gel change today. I went with a glow-in-the-dark baby pink gel. Chanel was also highly detail-oriented, gentle, and didn’t rush. She was also able to recognize that I’m not talkative and respected it, which again, is so so appreciated. And once again, the nails are the highlight of my day, and I’m writing this in HAPPY TEARS. They’re stunning and they warm my heart every time I look at them (I sound crazy but I only recently started doing this so it’s super exciting for me!). They definitely have a new regular and if you’re looking for a new tech: this salon is very clean and well decorated, all the techs look like they provide quality work but my only recommendations can be Kim and Chanel.

I used to go there every time I want to do my nails, but this is will be the last time, there is lady was doing my nail but before that she was screaming at my face to double check the color if it was the one I want + her works was the most disgusting thing I have ever saw + no attitude + no cleanliness. You do not deserve even 1 start.

I have been coming here for almost 3 years, ive seen a few nail techs. But Sam always does a great job on my nails! He's patient, kind and talented, he's always willing to try the designs I ask if he can do! Which he can! Thank you, Sam!

I got a pedicure on 9/24/23. The woman who did my pedicure removed 2 ingrown toenails without telling me before hand. This caused my toe to bleed she then put a powder and rule to stop the bleeding. I now have glue around my nail and can’t get it off. I had to be seen by a doctor and now have an infection and am on antibiotics.

After almost 3 years of going here I'm giving this 1 star review specifically due to the last service. I've had faulty service before but understand these may be individual technician. This is solely based on this establishments policy. I lost 2 acrylic tips and had 1 lifting after a week. Made it there after 9 days and was told it had to be before 7 days. I didn't ask for a full comp rather a discount as 9 days is a short while for new acrylic tips to fall off. The manager didn't even speak to me, just threw the response over her shoulder to the receptionist. I didn't argue just know they are now not on my list of places to get my nails done or recommend to anyone.

Every time I go, Lily does a phenomenal job. Whether mani or pedi it’s always a great experience. Staff is incredibly friendly as well. Super happy with the service there!

They are ok. Not as classy as I thought it would be. Tech forgot to put a top coat on one nail. Had to go back the next day. The lady that did it had an attitude and pushed my hand when she finished.

Kim is the best! I had acrylic gel added to my nails at a different salon (they were too thick). So when it was time to get them filled, I went to Kim. She took the time to shape and trim my nails exactly how I wanted them. I’ll definitely be going back!

Kim did my nails they are fabulous! I have always had a good experience there. Will be continuing my services with kim im going on vacation and im so excited about my nails!

Stacey is the absolute best! Perfect every time! She never disappoints. Always pleasant. She is excellent at what she does! Been coming here over a year. I always request Stacey!
