Robinson Town Center reviews
19Just love this whole area for shopping. Ikea and malls galore. Plus all neat places to eat after shopping.
Didn't have the giant selection i was hoping they did but they did have good customer servicd
First time back post covid. Ate in the bar area at off time to avoid possible crowd. Service by Logan was excellent, space was clean and food was good as was the value. We plan to return soon.
I had some great experiences in customer service in bath & body works and also TJ Max. My customer service experience in ideal image was quite the opposite. The receptionist was rude & after checking something with her manager she left the office saying it's just not worth it. I guess I wasn't worth it to them I have given them nearly $800 in payments so far & never used their services even once. This was my second bad experience with their receptionists & I am currently trying to get my money back from their bear ironclad no money back policy.
My second favorite IKEA in America next to Columbus, OH store.
Clean bathrooms and great-value restaurant.
Super Large parking area, (due to closed Toys-R-Us), with ample undisturbed overnight RV parking, along with grassy untethered dog run areas.
Drove 2.5hrs because this is my favorite restaurant. CLOSED ON TUESDAYS. 2.5hrs of excitement and anticipation turned in to 2.5hrs of starvation and depression on the way back.
Good since they repaved many of the parking lots. They could probably use some speed bumps though to slow drivers down to make it safer for pedestrians.
The food was wonderful. I did curbside pickup and the order was all correct. Definitely will be going back. I'm very pleased about the whole process.
Very clean. Looks very well-managed. I wish that some of the stores would let you know that they are not open on Sunday on their website.
I truly enjoy shopping at the stores at Robinson Town Center and there are all national retailers and local stores represented. Tons of surface parking and easy to access stores from parking lots. I gave this a 4-star rating because there was a big safety item of flooding and roadways with a foot of water to drive thru during rains last week. Enroute to Costco, Manor Park Drive (Road down to Costco/Aldi's/GFS) was washed out. I u-turned to avoid being trapped there and even then had to drive through the water to escape. It was a torrent, not just a minor inconvenience, so that my sister and I decided to forego shopping and leave rather than try to park and wait it out. Usually traffic is heavy to get to these stores, but still reasonable, but with rains it was a hazard.
Robinson Town Center has quite a few stores to name a few Sally's, Dollar Tree, once upon a child, Marshall's, its a nice outside mall, or shopping center
I've only been here twice (once pre covid) and I have to say both times the service was weak. The food took a very long time to come out and then was dry and overcooked. The milkshakes were good.
Overall, as much as I want to like this place it's only a three star. Don't get me wrong, the food was edible but for the price it should be good.
Nice strip mall providing a variety of storefronts including my favorite hibachi resteraunt, Ichiban. Several furniture and clothing stores are also availible, providing a variety of everyday needs. If your in the area or just bored this is a fun location to just walk around and visit.
Save your money. Overpriced and simply average gourmet burgers. Shakes were okay, but not worth the price, with or without alcohol.
This review comes from a civil engineer. They just redid the interstate running through it, so that's gorgeous, but the infrastructure surrounding the area needs some love. Solid water management, but they could use some analysis in the transportation engineering department; roads and traffic lights weren't designed for the volume of people moving through this area on the weekends. I like making my errands outside of the peak hours, that way it doesn't take 15 minutes to go 3 miles.secondary roads could use some work, and I would implore the city to upgrade invest given the volume on the roads.
With all that said, the selection of stores is phenomenal and the town center has everything you need. I'm project based and saw this as the place to be. Nice area and I would recommend the area to new incomers.
Robinson Town center has a lot of stores that has everything you could think of anything you need you can find out Robinson Town center
They have just about everything out there. Easy shopping all in a close area. Traffic can be horrendous on the weekends and during holidays but other than that I can't complain
I appreciated the friendliness of the staff on every store my granddaughter and I visited. The atmosphere was welcoming. Restrooms were well kept.
Pretty typical IKEA. Furniture to buy. Children's play area (drop off), restaurant, discounted scratch and dent. Returns. Oh and sometimes you have to go across the street to pick up an item, I have had to do it once in 20 years.
