Poor customer service. There was a complete disconnect with communication. They could never tell me what was going on with my car when I would call. They never called me with updates when they found additional repairs. They pushed the estimated completion date back 4 times. Took a month to replace a bumper and the suspension. When car was finally "done" with repairs, my car stalled when put in neutral which was not an issue BEFORE putting my car in the shop. Had to return the car for further work. Huge inconvenience. Oh, and they threaten to charge you per day if you don't pick your car up the day it is completed, however they can't ever tell you a definitive completion date. Would NOT recommend.

I cannot praise all of the staff at Rocco’s. Everyone was courteous and very professional. It was quite clear to me what a wonderful service that Roccos provides to its customers. The repair on my car was flawless and made my car brand new once again. Every aspect was wonderful in the repair of my car. I thank everyone at Rocco’s.

Did a great job matching the color tint of my vehicle to the newly replaced and painted bumper. Can't tell the bumper was the original one. Extremely nice staff onsite and kept me informed.

Being new to the city I had no idea where to go from minor body work do to another driver. His insurance suggested Rocco’s. The people were professional and communicated every step of the way. The work was done perfectly. And my car was cleaned inside & out when I got it back - welcome surprised and fantastic customer service touch. If I need body work again, I will certainly go back!

Took my Nissan Altima 07 in for front end damage. Pick it up week later. Car looks brand new. The whole process was smooth. They where excellent communicating about status of my repair. I was looking a lot of repair places less than 2 miles from where I live and I glad pick Rocco’s. If I have any more damage of my vehicle I will be going back.

Very professional and helpful! I brought my car in through a insurance claim. They called me to let me know they had a bit of a back log and offered to tow my car to their Jersey location for free so they could get started right away. They told me it would take a little over a week (I had a lot of work to do), but they finished 4 days before estimated! I could not recommend them more! I will definitely be getting any future work done at Rocco's.

Rocco’s @ Snyder Ave location took what could’ve been a huge headache and made it disappear! Frank is really super- honest, direct, professional, and knows what he’s doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to have more work done with them! Thank you Rocco’s!

I usually go to the 11th & Sydner St location. Everyone is friendly. They do very good work. I would recommend them to anyone.

I will definitely recommend black mountain collision. It was my first accident and Richardo was very patient in explaining me all the process and answering my questions. I also had some time limitation and they did a good job on my car within the time limit. The customer service is excellent. They always returned my call and provided me with an update regarding repairs.

I have been taking my car to this shop for years now. I know that I can't find any better place than Rocco's Collision Center Center. I trust their opinion and judgment and I totally recommend them. They do nothing but quality work. Use their service and you won't be disappointed ;)

Great experience with Rocco's at this location. I dealt mostly with Jamie and she was professional and helpful. Very easy going and patient with me as I navigated my way through the process after a total loss of my car.

The tow truck driver - Dale was hands down one of the nicest people I have encountered. No hidden agenda just kind and wanted to make sure we would be safe. He was thorough and made my daughter and I feel at ease. It was raining hard and yet Dale provided quality service. He paid attention to every detail to get us home safely and the rain did not stop him. We need more Dale's in this world. Thank you again!

Good place where to go and fix your car. Very polite staff and always trying to help and solve your problems. Easy to find and easy to spot from traffic. I fixed my car multiple times here and never had problems or go back for issues.

I have been taking my car here exclusively because the team at rocco's does fantastic work.the car is always returned in a timely manner and is cleaned before you pick it up.on occasion they have even gotten stains out of my seats.

The quality of service, customer service made me feel more welcome.but over all was a great experience. This was my second time back using their service.

A crazed and mean south philly accented lady answers the phone and yells at you when trying to give them business, so don't call.

If you are looking for SUPERIOR body work and repair, especially for a brand new car, Rocco's on 8th and Reed is the place to go. My car was vandalized and suffered damage to both the body and paint. Mike was outstanding, and very sympathetic. He assured me that my car would look exactly the way it did when I bought it. The paint job and body work was OUTSTANDING. My car now looks as if it came off of the showroom floor! They were extremely fast. The anticipated time for the work was 2 weeks. Rocco's completed the job in 5 days. I was surprised to see how clean the interior was as well. I highly recommend Rocco's, and will tell my friends to go to them as well for their automotive repair needs. Thank you, Mike and staff!
