This was a unique one-of-a-kind train ride for our boys. They didn't have the opportunity to ride a trolley before so this was a lot of fun to see their reactions. The conductors were very informative and gave background information about the area as well as the history surrounding the rail lines. There is a gift shop filled with assorted gifts, memorabilia, and a kid-friendly train track station to play with while patents browse. The staff are very knowledgeable and they will tell you loads of historic facts about the trolleys. There is also a Fall trolley event that let's the kiddos ride out to the pumpkin patch, pick a pumpkin, then take it back to the station & decorate!

Very easygoing and laid back museum.
Very family friendly. Ticket is only $10 to ride all day. If you pick the right weekend, you can ride both the trolleys and the train at East Broad Top Railroad. The railroad is separate from the Trolley Museum and would be an added price. So be aware of that. Overall, a great value and a great place to visit!

Visited on Sunday. Took trolley ride and guided tour thru the storage and restoration barns. Worth the drive. Surprised they are not open on Monday holiday.

Great organization, the volunteers there are friendly and knowledgeable. Our family had an excellent time, and I'll never forget learning to operate a trolley. Seeing the shop where the restoration takes place is also an amazing experience. Highly recommend you check it out, and get a membership to help keep this hidden treasure operating for years to come!

We enjoyed the knowledge, about the history of the trolleys and area, by the volunteers. They made it an enjoyable experience!

The museum was okay. The staff was good. The Polar Express Trolley ride was not worth it. We drove by car an hour to get there and the trolley ride was only 10 min. Most of the lighted items were only on the one side. Will not ever do again. I would have only given one or two stars but site would not allow me to.
