We had bought a Toyota Corolla back in the beginning of 2023. The car was very well priced and drove like a dream. Now we just bought a Jeep Renegade as a second car and Greg helped with setting us up and showing us how all the mechanisms worked. He was very patient and kind. We highly recommend buying a car/truck at Rocky Ridge Auto. Everyone there is extremely helpful and nice and most importantly, honest. We would never go anywhere else. Maybe there fault maybe not bought a truck here a month an a half ago just over there 30 day 1,000 miles and the transmission crapped out! I was told to bring it in for them to look at but they definitely walked around that they won’t warranty. Was not towing it there for a diagnosis’s when I new it would need a transmission shop. My shop said it seems to have very thick trans fluid as if someone new it was going out and serviced and offloaded. Like I stated was it them or the previous owner I’m not sure. I’ve bought 4 vehicles from these guys, probably 70-80k worth of vehicles. Now I’m 5k in the hole for a new trans. Just please take your potential purchase to your trusted shop before buying.

This is not the first time that I purchased a vehicle from Rocky Ridge. That was one of the reasons why I went back again. The salesman who helped me, Greg, was very polite and professional. If he didn’t have the answer to a question he found out what the answer was so he was very helpful. Jeremy was wonderful as well. Awesome experience. Quick, Simple, Friendly. Great choice of vehicles and great prices. Buying a car can certainly be annoying, but it wasn’t at Rocky Ridge.

Great experience shopping for a first car for my son. Very helpful and willing to be upfront and honest with me. I found a couple of things that needed addressed before buying, and they fixed them immediately.

It was definitely a good choice to come to Rocky Ridge. Everyone was very welcoming & helpful, which was quite nice for a first time buyer. They have a surprising amount of good deals on good cars along, definitely better than most dealers.
If there was a complaint, I guess it would be that they really tried to push the extra warranties, but that's a problem with most dealerships, so that's not too much of a knock.
Overall, I'd come here again.:)
