Extremely dirty. Terrible service. The room looks like after the war.asked to bring a towel twice and never once no one did.

This place is terrible. We booked through Expedia and I have never had a worse lodging experience. The room was so dirty. There was dirty underwear and socks on the floor. A dirty towel in the bathroom. No soap or toilet paper. Filthy floors. The room smelled like cigarettes. The window was open with no screen on the first floor. The place also seemed very unsafe, anyone can walk in the doors as the locks were not working. When going to the front desk to tell them we would not be staying there and listing the reasons why, their only response was that they would not be giving a refund. Worst place ever…

I've been taking my family here since pre COVID never had a problem loved the pool management pricing everything was great that's why we continued to go back until our recent visit which was extremely disappointing first off the door to our room didn't even close I had also requested for a chair for my 65yr disabled mother so she can sit by the pool the ones they have are low it's hard for her to get out of never got one secondly we were having an excellent time in the pool until the manager/owner that's what he claimed to be but I highly doubt came in yelling and cursing at my family to not jump in the pool where there was no signs stating that only said no diving remind you the pool only goes up to 5 feet so we're smarter than that and I could understand if there were other people in there but it was only us at the time he called the cops on us saying we were breaking policy tried to get us kicked out he said with no refund at 1: 30 pm when we were just having fun he also said no music playing in the rooms mind you I only have a little speaker not a big ol boombox plus there must've been a party going on a couple of rooms down until 1am which kept us up yet he chose to harass us for just having fun.they went downhill and we will not be returning they lost a long time customer.oh yeah let's forget the vacuuming of the hallways at 5am and knocking on the room door at 9am to wake us all up when there was a do not disturb sign on the door and check out was 11am

When you book a room for $85 a night you should not expect The Taj. My fiance and I enjoyed our stay. Our bedding was clean, the rooms smelled great, and the people were pleasant. We were allowed to check in early and were not rushed out when we asked for an extra hour. For the price, you cannot beat it. There is even an indoor pool, which looked clean and if I had been in a celebratory mood I probably would have jumped in.

There was water damage in our room, and behind the dresser, there was dust, cigarettes, and brochures. Both of these situations made the room smell. The floor was damaged as well, and I can not explain what on earth could have done that damage. There were red-brown splatters on the ceiling and walls too. It was either too hot or too cold in the room. But at least there was hot water. The bed was clean and the pool was nice, and so was the gym. Great location, I wasn't in the area to stay in a room, I was there to go to the mountains so overall I can't complain, it did what I needed it to do.

We are homeless this winter due to having to have my right leg amputated so when we have enough money to stay in motels, this one is our motel of choice. We have stayed here because they have a few handicapped accessible and I can wheel myself into their shower and transfer to my shower chair.
Their staff are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate our wishes when we call and reserve a room for however many nights we need.

It's right off the highway, but behind a Dunkin Donuts, so not easy to find. The bed was comfy, but missing a comforter, so we had the heat going all night. The TV was a flat screen, but there was something wrong with the cable reception so the colors kept going "negative" and we were not able to fix it. My brother later told me this hotel flooded twice in the last 4 years and all rooms had to be renovated. They look beautiful, but tv's should have been replaced, too.

Hotel was super dark and dingy, their was urine and vomit caked on the walls around the toilet, black hair in our tub, bathroom mirror looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month, for the 9 million no smoking signs the entire building smelled like ciggarettes covered in fabuloso. Our floors were dirty and had dead bugs on them. Our window was smashed and I’m waiting to see if they try to not refund my 50$ deposit for it. I did show the lady when we checked in but this is the type of place that would probably try to charge you for damages you didn’t cause.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. The pictures that were advertised did not look like our room. There was a stain on the ceiling (I’m assuming water damage) stain on the bed headboard. Smelled like cigarettes in the room although we were in a non smoking room. Spiders greeted us in the hallway, the carpet smelled. We came in late, around 10 and the lady at the desk was very nice but our room was far from it. Very disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for. But for just a little more you could go to a better hotel down the street. I thought the room was very bad and we only stayed one night in the hotel because I felt so uncomfortable. We stayed last week and we’ve been trying to get a refund for the rest of our stay ever since. It’s like like pulling teeth. Mind you, we ordered the hotel through the hopper app and they’ve been trying to get through to the manager but apparently the manager has not been in the building. That’s a bad business if you can’t contact your manager for something like this. FOR MORE THEN A WEEK! Highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

Absolutely filthy. First room they gave us had a strong smell of mold and perhaps urine, with dirt on the floor and walls and a Torn windowscreen. The worn out chair in the corner had mold under the cushions. Second room was much better and newer, but still had an odd smell, plus had stains on the sheets, and a dirty bathroom mirror. The hallways smelled of mold and cigarettes and the exterior locks did not work. We did not feel safe or comfortable sleeping here. At this point we cut our losses, asked for a refund, cut our weekend trip short and went home.

So gross! The first room they put us in had a nonfunctioning lock, was dirty and smelled like urine. The second room had a comforter covered in various body fluid stains and a moldy shower. Sadly, it is obvious that shady people live full time in this motel, which with poorly functioning locks, this is absolutely not only a dirty place to stay but an unsafe one as well. We decided to cut our weekend short and ask for a refund.

Not the best area to stay in, I would recommend driving an extra 30min in either direction if passing through. The window was open in the room. Walls were thin and cleanliness was okay. For the price I was most definitely expecting a high quality stay

This location serves its purpose as being a last minute stop while traveling. It's a no frills place. A little beaten down due for a remodel in most areas. The room was clean and we felt safe during our stay. Recommend they remove the broken down cars out of the parking lot that have obviously been there for a while.

After booking this hotel for a weekend PA trip, this was the most dirtiest hotel that I’ve ever “attempted” to stay at….

THIS HOTEL IS FILTHY DO NOT STAY HERE!

I checked in and went to take a look at the room. Upon walking in, the balcony door was not shutting properly, therefore, easily allowing in all types of bugs. This is very concerning when wanting to stay at a place. After that, I was notified by the front desk that the AC will not stay on unless detecting movement (unless during the night) … make sure if you want to take a nap during the day and stay cool, move around in your sleep…

Lastly and MOST IMPORTANTLY, there was hair found in the bed as well as the “clean” towels in the room. I gave it another shot and asked for a new room in which they have provided me. The second room had a door that closed:) buttttt there was not one piece of hair but multiple pieces on the bed. The manager moved us to room #3 which appeared to be a suite (so I had high hopes) which now had dirt and hair on the bed. I was infuriated and moved to a FOURTH room with a bug in it.

I asked for a full refund and walked out the door at 10: 00PM and had to find a place to stay.

Disgusting and unhealthy!

Very Unpleasant stay! Room was dirty, there was bugs such as spiders on the ceiling. A piece of the floor was missing. The bathroom tub was a bit dirty. My wife was cery unhappy and uncomfortable and we only stayed one night out of the three booked. When we tried to get out money back or atleast some for the day we weren’t staying, the manager gave us an extremely hard time and we couldn’t get our money back. 0 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Could not have been worse. The bare minimum required of a motel or hotel is cleanliness. This place has filthy, moldy and smelly rooms. We refused to stay here and cut our weekend short.

Before arriving, my fiancé & I read a bunch of reviews on this place. Some were good, some were bad. That being said, I don’t want to leave anything open for interpretation for people reading this. This place is a motel, not anything more. There are many people who live there, full time. Many of who are very sketchy. There’s a sign on the door as you walk in that tells you to make sure you don’t leave any valuables within sight or they will most likely be stolen. On first glance, on the outside, the place looks like it could be abandoned. The lobby looks like it hasn’t been changed since the late 80s. The place was not clean, AT ALL (see photos). The bathroom floor was so dirty, like literally black. The lampshade was stained & dirty. The room had many spiders & spiderwebs inside. The window on the balcony was covered in SO many bugs & the door to the balcony didn’t lock even though it had a lock on it. The air conditioner/heating unit smelled when it was turned on. The furniture was all old & stained & scratched up. The shower curtain was gross, stained, & moldy. We ended up buying our own cleaning supplies & cleaning the room ourselves. & We couldn’t believe how dirty the floor was!
The only positive thing about this place was the workers were nice & the price was good & the fact that they have a Dunkin’ Donuts connected to the motel (which ironically, was the cleanest & most modern dunkin we had ever seen before). But neither of those things were worth the rest.
