ROG Orthodontics, Wyomissing PA

We’re having a great experience getting our daughter set up with her free braces thanks to the ROG car magnet program! Dr Mauro, Nicole and Tracy have been super friendly and working with them has been very easy. So thankful for their office and how they give back to their community!

Our experience at the Wyomissing office was a great one. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My child loves it there. The doctor was very thorough and kind and our scheduling coordinator made the whole process go smoothly.

Had braces on through them over 10 years ago. The glue came off partially on the one side of my permanent retainer so it needed to be rebonded. I went in today to have it repaired scheduling and front desk staff were great. The person who reattached retainer shamed me for only having it looked at now when the glue began chipping off 2 years ago. I think staff needs to be trained on barriers to care a little more heavily. I did not neglect it because I wanted to 2 years ago I was going through a divorce, I have 2 medically fragile children who've had multiple surgeries and were averaging about 10 appointments a week at the time. I did not have financial means to fix it or time as I am sole care giver for my children. Plus 2 years ago only the patient was allowed in most offices so I had no care for my children. There's so many internal and external factors that go on in someone's life. Instead of slapping me on the wrists maybe asking "what kept you from getting this fixed for so long" " was it the scheduling process" " was it financial reasons" part of being a provider is treating the whole person not just the ONE thing they're there for

We had a wonderful experience at ROG working with Beth and MaryJo as patient coordinators. My daughter had Max as a technician last week and loved her experience. He was friendly and talented. Highly recommend.

We met with Briana today to schedule our son's last 2 appointments for the removal of his braces. She was thorough in explaining the process and details of the making of the retainers and removal of the braces. She answered our questions and put our minds at ease.

Max was amazing during the process of application! I was nervous but he talked me through everything and the communication is amazing

ROG of Wyomissing is great. There was a glitch in the system which caused me to go to another office that was closed for my daughter's appointment. I called the Wyomissing office and they verified that there was a in issue with the system. They allowed my daughter to come to the correct office even though they were already closed and also gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. Most of all, I appreciated the staff who stayed after hours on a Friday so that my daughter could receive the dental care she needed. I am very pleased with the services rendered.

Tania was really great and made sure I was comfortable and i don’t know how but she knew I wanted the color blue she said I said it but I didn’t great assistant 10/10 I do recommend

Great place for your orthodontic needs. Karla has been a fantastic Assistant. She explains everything clearly and has been great in keeping me informed with my treatment. Great place!

Could not have asked for a better experience with ROG. So grateful for Cheryl and all of the staff at ROG for providing great care to all 3 of my children.

UNBELIEVABLE staff! My 9 year old daughter actually enjoys coming here. They have a prize wheel and many fun activities. I cannot express how grateful I am for these professionals!

Maddie and Tia were awesome to work with. Tia did a great job at informing Maddie, and Maddie listened and observed very intently and asked questions when she needed to. An awesome appointment overall.

Met with Julie for my consultation and she was great! Explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. What a wonderful staff from beginning to end. Very excited to get started. As a side note so many options for payment making it affordable for adults. Would definitely recommend!

My daughter just got her braces on and I’m super impressed with the staff! Haley showed a lot of patience with my daughter who is 9yrs old and was very scared. She was very accommodating and calm and took her time explaining and showing my daughter everything she was going to do. Haley was able to gain my daughters trust by reassuring her through out the process and giving her positive re-inforcement. Dr Nat was also very patient and comforting to my daughter and kept telling her what a great job she was doing.
This really made all the difference in how my daughter responded and made for a pleasant and successful appointment. We are very excited to be a part of the ROG family and obtain a FANTASIC smile!

My son had his braces placed today by Karla. She was fantastic with my son! Very friendly, encouraging, and thorough. Dr. Doleva and Dr. Mauro talked with my son and made him feel very welcomed and comfortable. Lori and the front desk staff were also very helpful and friendly. I really felt that everyone went above and beyond. What a great experience! Thanks so much!
