Rolling Green Apartments

I was worried when I first toured here because of some of the reviews, but so far my apartment has been great! It’s very quiet and clean, and jordan at the office was very helpful throughout the process.

I’m moving from out of state. The staff was very accommodating to my schedule to come in to take a tour. The leasing staff was also very polite and helpful in my moving process.

When I first moved here, I moved in with the prior management company which was not much of a great experience and I was not surprised they got rid of Mercedes. However ever since Hannah and Jordan took over things have been great! I was able to move into a brand new renovated apartment that was significantly better than the one the last management company put me in. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance has been very quick for any of the minor issues I have had.

Rent increased $400 after a year of living there and new owners. The building water kept turning on and off all winter especially the hot water. We receive notices by email late to move cars the day before. If you are old this is not your spot, no railings or consideration for the elderly. Maintenance does come out quickly and does fix the issue. However, to many issues.

Hannah and Jordan are amazing! Excellent communication and always available. The units and grounds are well maintained and maintenance is quick to respond. New management made a huge difference!

Steer clear of this place, I wouldn’t recommend living here. The pricing doesn’t seem bad compared to other apartments up here, but I would pay a couple hundred more to not live here. The whole building is filthy with bugs, thin walls to the point where you can listen to your neighbors live their daily lives. There’s no security so just about anyone can walk into the building. No amenities included, besides that little fence they put on the lawn they call the “dog park. ” I was happy when I first moved here, Mercedes was the old manager and always fixed whatever issues I had. There’s a new manager Hannah, who rarely answers to calls or emails. So if you don’t mind management ignoring all your issues, this is the place for you. I moved out on 1/31 and paid my rent, but somehow they took a transaction of $1,058 out of my account yesterday, and asked if I paid that by accident which is ridiculous. Hopefully this new manager can resolve this issue soon and compensate me the amount they took when I no longer live there.
