Romark Logistics of Pennsylvania, Hazle Township PA

My second time here. My experience not so good. Take over 30 minutes just to pass security check. And more than 3 hours to get loaded.

Great folks to work with, bring a safety vest/coat and slide your tandems at the gate they check/scan ID on exit. Can be just a bit slow check in/out but no big deal. You can park overnight after dropping trailer if you need to. Fuel On truck stop in walking distance if you need anything. Trailers have almost always been loaded when they say they will be, and well balanced make sure to check the weight before you leave though they run heavy. CAT scale at fuel on, trailer wash at Five Rivers down the road.

Weather is usually bad up here, especially in the winter, plan ahead, light snow in the valley means a blizzard up here.

24hr drop & hook place. Need i say more? Average time spent less than 40min. Dont know about live loading but there is truck stoo next light down and you can stay bobtail next to guard shack while your trailer is being loaded.

Prime, inc drop n hook. No MT though been waiting for 2 hrs. Restroom and vending machines by dock door 30 @ shipping office. Has "out of HOS parking" and 10 spots for BT parking.

Where time goes to die. If you are picking up here be prepared to lose hours of your day. Too bad you can't give negative stars. One star is about 12 too many

It’s a good place to work my husband works there the only thing is how can they say ppl can’t come up and see u on break I really don’t think they have the right to do that no other place is like that it should be changed

This place was awesome. Park your trailer in the yard, head to the bobtail spot. Yard jockey docks you, and your trailer will be waiting in the yard when it's done. Took me 13hrs early, and I was done before my 10hr break was over.

Weekend employees very nice! I was in and out on a Saturday morning but I also dropped and hooked. So live load unload can't say.

My appointment was at 1pm, I was 3,5 hours late. I check in at 4: 30pm
But i have call them with ETA.
I was loaded and good to go at 7pm
nice company, nice people!

Live unloading. Everything was pretty straightforward. We went in and out in about 2hrs. The warehouse is easy to access, is clean and has lot of space to park. They have clean rest rooms for truckers. I like that they give you a device to let you know whenever your load and ppwk are done.

Great Place that is staffed by trully amazing and caring people. Starting from the security that welcomes you at the front gate to the receiving office to the personal that loads and unloads the product are trully all great and caring people that are great Romark Employees. It's my honor to be able to be working with this great company on daily basis

Bad customer service yesterday I spoke to know what time I could download I was told in the morning and today when I arrive they tell me I have to wait 12 hours to download.

Nice place, I was late cause my reefer had problems and they still took me the same day, friendly people, very clean.

In all my years I don't think I've been to too many places that have been better than this place! I love it!

It truly a honor to be able to haul Romark's product on weekly basis. Always nice and professional staff at Romark and their kindness to my little guy is truly a great company to be associated with.

Don’t come here ever.no regards to drivers elds. 12 hours to get loaded today was there 1hr prior to appointment.stay away Owner Ops DONT COME HERE! I wasn’t the only one who got loaded late.

When through the wrong entrance, had to back out. Trailer pre loaded, customer is nice. Heavy loads always.

If you have load to Target in Amsterdam, NY avoid that, they will take 10-12 hours, because they have to count every box. After that, they paid only 100$ lay over, I'm O/O

Friendly staff, plenty off space. Loading time is not bad but that usually take 3 hours. You can leave and eat so that helps.

Great place and excellent staff. Got there 8 hours early and put into dock. Break room above normal, extremely nice. Only took them hour and half for full load on slipsheets. They have overnight parking and if you don't have hours to leave yet, you can park. They don't kick you out when done. They treat you the way you treat them, respect. Thanks. Will return again without hesitation. Don't change a thing, please.
