3Used company before around 5 years ago they were great. Recently moved back to PA called needed Chimney Sweep. First Sara gave me wrong date, then Victor no showed, when I called they said he’s running an hour late, I asked why I wasn’t called? Answer was “Duh”. I cancelled.
Waited 3 weeks still don’t have an estimate, after they went to check the issue.left multiple voice mails to Mario and they went un returned. Called the office and was told estimate will be sent, never received. Moved on to another company. Bad for business.
Bruce & Mario take there craft serious punctuality was great and time frame as well, with all that is going on they managed to work around, the crew is also great cleaned after themselves and worked with just enthusiasts.
