Called John to get a quote on a water heater installation. He was on the ball with it and he worked around my odd work schedule. His guys (Mike and Nick) were on time and did an awesome job and were very thorough with their work. I will be using John and his guys for future work for sure!

I called and told them about the leak. They told me they do not handle leaks and gave another company my number to call me. I talked to them and they said they were coming out. Later on that day someone from Rooterman said they were on the way. He looked at the upstairs showers and said it was no water pressure, said all of the valves were broken and a few other things. He didn't fix anything and charged me $120. Nobody told me anything about a $120 fee, especially if no work was getting done right then and there. He called me yesterday with a $1750 quote to fix the leak and said he was emailing the quote. I never received a quote. My original plumbers came out yesterday and fixed the problem for $165. The problem was nothing related to what this guy said. I was robbed without a gun for $120. I would like my money back because it wasn't worth it at all.

Our house in Bangor was backing up so we called these guys, and I’m very glad we did. They came on time, we’re extremely helpful and knowledgeable, fixed our issue, and even touched back with me to make sure everything was still good. I’m very impressed with them, and would 100% recommend them!

BUYER BEWARE. Installer was late changed a gas valve and they charged me 425 40minutes of work and a 20 dollar part call someone else very deceptive could not give me a price on phone but 385 was the normal charge for this install.buyer beware

My drain was clogged with sewage backing up into my basement I called Rooter-Man, and the service rep John responded to my house in a very good response time. He unclogged my home drain and the drain going out to the street I was very satisfied with the work, John was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable. For any future problems I will definitely call ROOTER-MAN.

I was very pleased. First they answer the phone! Showed up. Service tech Nick was polite, professional, explained everything well and got the drain open. He didn’t make me feel pressured & I felt that he was up front about the issue. If I ever need a plumber I will call them again.

I called Home Serve Monday morning when the washer started draining into bath tub and bubbling up in the toilet and the sinks.
They sent ValDel Plumbing Tuesday morning and he worked on it for 4 hours and couldn't get it open. He notified Home Serve and they sent out
Rooter Man (John) who arrived around 5pm and within a couple of hours of roto rooting thru the toilet and out side had pinpointed the spot of the major blockage. Then back to Home Serve and waiting for them to make a decision, John was back on Friday with Mike, Nick and a backhoe. Mike is a very talented backhoe operator who found that back in 1947 they put my neighbors and my pipes in together in one trench so it was very tedious work. When they found all the blockages and took out the bad pipes they jet washed out the whole line. Then they replaced the pipes and filled up the trench. They know what there doing and they do it right, This company is owned by Veterans and I thank you for your service.

Nick unclogged a floor drain in our basement. He was very friendly and thorough. I would ask for him again if we ever have water issues and refer this business to family and friends.

Was able to perform a sewer line repair within the requested time period. Was very satisfied with the service, and would recommend.

We had a really bad clog in the toilet and bathtub and they showed up early in the morning and fixed it up for us they even cleaned up the really gross stuff that came out of it. Lol. They were very kind, efficient and professional

John and Mike showed up as scheduled and fixed our water heater. John followed up a couple days later to ensure all was still well. Great service. Nice guys.

John from Rooter Man was prompt, professional and thorough. Our clogged drain was an absolute nightmare. Most plumbers would have given up and did an entire pipe replacement. He was so kind. Assured us that he will get it unclogged and not worry. He eventually got it unclogged and the drain is running perfect.
We would ABSOLUTELY recommend them.
