If you are experiencing stiffness and tightness in your legs, Voila here at Roots of Vitality is the Bomb! Voila is Structural Joint Balancing. I fell and broke my hip a couple of months ago. Since then walking has been difficult and my balance has not been very good. I scheduled a session with Kelly. First, she loosened the muscles and tendons in my legs. Then came Voila, during which she discovered that my glutes were not firing and as a result other muscles were working overtime. She balanced me and now it’s like night and day difference. I actually can feel my glutes working. And being able to walk more comfortably and with more stability is wonderful. Thanks Kelly. I will be back soon for a tune-up!

I originally found Kelly searching for a therapist that specialized in Myofacial release, after relocating to the Lehigh Valley. Not only is Kelly highly skilled in that particular therapy, she has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all massage therapy practices. I had a long history of chronic neck and back issues and since I've been going to Kelly, all my aliments have gone away. What I love most about her practice is each visit can be customized to whatever may be troubling you, which is not simply limited to muscle discomfort (nervous system, circulation, digestion.etc).
