Rosario's Pizzeria reviews
15 Rosaries rips off their customers!
Look at the prices on their menu, and then add 35 to 40 %, don't stop there. There are also lots of delivery (zone fees) ? Be aware! They claim "prices are subject to change". Ok, well then, change them on the website! Or let people know when they order.the prices have increased! It's only FAIR!
This place makes a "chicken mole pizza " its the most incredible pizza in the world!
I am not one to randomly rave about food or give 5 stars across the board. This place deserves it. The food is incredible the service is lively and fun and the atmosphere feels like you are getting tacos/pizza from your friends house (in the best way possible).
The pizza was delicious. I want to note that they changed their prices. Their menus don’t reflect their prices. When I went to pay, she charged me for 2 large pizzas instead of 2 mediums. When I asked about the price discrepancy she told me they changed their prices but none of the menus showed the new increased prices! Very strange.
Anyways, kind of disappointing customer service, but great pizza
Good neighborhood spot. I really like the Birria quesadilla's, fried plantains, and philly cheese steak pizza.
Easily my favorite pizza in the city. When I first moved to South Philly and checked them out I had doubts about the all Mexican pizzas, I feel like it’s hard to do that kind of fusion right. But every single one is amazing, crazy. I order from them all the time and they never disappoint!
Great food love all the Mexican inspired twists they have. My favorite would be the al pastor pizza, rosairos special and the Mexican cheesesteak (chicken or steak bith delicious)
I'm from Cleveland, I come to Philly every year for The Roots Picnic, and I ALWAYS stop and grab a pie from Rosario's!
Overall decent pizza although disappointing that the margarita pizza didn’t have that much cheese (like 5-6 slices on a large.sauce was 10/10, crust was more on the burnt side as well.
I have had this place on my radar for some time and finding myself finally in the city one day, I decided to visit and try out their al pastor pizza. My bf and I love al pastor tacos, so we decided to give the pizza at Rosario’s a try. The spot is small but did have two small high top tables inside and a counter along the window. We waited around 20 minutes for a pie of the al pastor. The young lady who took our order was nice enough. We got our pie along with 2 sodas and decided to sit on the outdoor table, since the weather was nice enough to do so. My bf was not crazy about it, I thought it was good although I wish it had a little more of the toppings (more meat) …Overall, good flavor. We did see some other items on the menu we’d like to try so we def will be back soon to check those out.
Beat pizza in south Philly as far as I know. Stopped going to little Sicily. Love the Mexican pizzas too
Customer Service Not Too Friendly and my wings were dried out. Also they overcharged us by $2 because they have old menus posted and didn't offer a discount at all.
I love their pizzas, which have a unique Mexican twist.it always hits the spot.
In addition to their pizzas, Rosario's also serves a variety of traditional Mexican dishes. I've tried a few different things on the menu, and everything has been great. The prices are very reasonable, and the portions are generous.
I highly recommend Rosario's. You won't be disappointed.
Food was good but I was expecting something better than just good. My significant other hype this place up for months. He loves it.
It's sad that I've ordered from them multiple times through their designated delivery app and received my orders at my address. Then out of nowhere, 10 minutes before my order was supposed to be at my house delivered, I get a message saying they have canceled the order. Come to find out, they updated their range for the delivery app, Slice, and now don't deliver to my area. I feel bad for them (and for me) for making their delivery radius smaller. I'm sure that's a slight loss in revenue. Ehh, oh well.
On a separate topic, the pizza is really good. Try the braised short rib pizza.
Update: I moved closer and am in their deliver range. It's worth it on most days.
