Rosedale Apartments

Great management, maintenance team, and community. Anytime something breaks it gets fixed within a few hours. They are always adding new stuff to the complex most recently a nice dog park. Would definitely recommend rosedale

Rosedale has been an amazing place to live. Quiet neighborhood, the apartment was in great condition when I moved in, great proximity to downtown, quick maintenance responses, and more! Would highly recommend!

Rosedale is a very nice apartment complex to live in. The staff keeps it well kept. When I put in a maintenance order they usually come within the next couple hours to fix it. The lady's that work in the leasing office care about the residence and making sure they are happy while living at Rosedale. There is also a dog park, a pool and a little gym. Rosedale is in a very convenient spot. Everything is less than 5 minutes away that I go to on a regular basis. There is Karns up the street, CVS, the beer store across from CVS and a few gas station. Also really good places to eat around the corner from Rosedale or you can go downtown Hershey. I definitely give this place a 10 out of 10.

I have lived here in Rosedale apt for over 15 years and have been very happy. My apartment has everything I need. In walking distance to many things needed and over the years the staff has been very helpful

I've lived at Rosedale apartments for over 6 months and it's been a pleasant experience so far. Both Janet and Sarah were super helpful with any questions that I had. The pool, poolside games, and tennis courts are nice amenities during the summer. I would highly recommend Rosedale apartments!

My husband and I have been happily living here since 2019! We toured a number of apartments prior to Rosedale, and this just checked all our boxes. Management is excellent. Anytime I have an issue, I can call to get it taken care of. The emergency maintenance has come out for leaks and pipe issues, even on holidays, so we appreciate that! Our main cons have mostly to do with the neighbors. We used to have a family with a toddler who would scream at 3am in the apartment below us. We also occasionally have had neighbors throw out tons of furniture into the dumpster, causing us to not be able to throw out our trash that week. On the Rosedale side, a few times we called the non-emergency maintenance line and the folks who came to fix one problem ended up causing another so I had to call them back, but that’s only been recently, so I think it’s just new staff. But that’s all minor stuff for us. Our favorite part is probably how walkable the neighborhood is. We have friends and family come over who compliment how easy it is to get to places via just walking. We don’t have a dog, but the newly added dog park has been a benefit with us being able to see the lovely dogs in the neighborhood running around playing. They put a lot of work into improving the development here, so we’re looking forward to all the new stuff to come!

In the past, I looked at a few apartment complexes nearby and found Rosedale’s apartment to be very convenient to work, spacious and clean to live in. For the past five years, it has been a very good experience. All the requests for repair or problems were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. And the office manager and all the staff members are very helpful and nice.

Eleven years ago my daughter moved to Hershey for a nursing job. When I wanted to rent an apartment as a second home I knew who to call. I did everything by phone and email. I didn’t need to visit the property because I already trusted that it would be everything I wanted.
The property is beautiful and well maintained.
They have a user friendly resident portal.
The pool is beautiful with furniture.
This year they made a dog park.
If you are looking for a place to live in Hershey close to everything look no further.

My significant other & I were looking for an apartment two years ago and once we viewed Rosedale, we didn't look elsewhere. The property is beautiful, and we've called it our home ever since. The ladies at the leasing office couldn't be friendlier and the property includes an outdoor pool and a dog park! We honestly don't have one negative thing about our time here at Rosedale. I would recommend to anyone!

I lived here for a year in a single bedroom. Pros and cons like all places.

This place is “pet friendly” aka only some dogs and cats only. Not even allowed to have a fish tank.

Pros: LOCATION, gas heat, nice pool, maintenance is quick. I felt safe living here which is big. I had good neighbors. They do monthly little events or scavenger hunts to keep residents engaged in the property. This place has a treadmill room you can get into with your key card.

Cons: I had one outlet in my kitchen, counter space was little to none. With no dishwasher I couldn’t wash my dishes and cook at the same time without issues.
No recessed lighting in the bedroom, no storage space /closets in the living room.
I had a ground unit that’s connected to the outside staircase… I could hear every single time someone went up and down.
I was also right by the pool so It got quite loud at times when I was trying to study.
I had one incident during the winter when a family member slipped and fell on ice on the property. I contacted every emergency number I had for this place to come fix It before another resident falls. The response I got was through an employees personal Facebook to mine…. **Hello unprofessional** they have my cell number, email, etc.on file and yet they choose social media to communicate with me? At the time i just wanted answers but looking back it’s quite strange and uncomfortable.so to all future residents block the employees if you don’t want them to communicate through that.

I would suggest a one bedroom here if you would live alone, and if you don’t like to cook much.

I moved because of wanting a larger space, price, and better amenities.

I have only lived at Rosedale apartments for a short amount of time but so far it has been great! The office was very helpful with the move in process and making sure I knew everything to come. The complex is quiet and has good amenities!

The apartments are well-maintained and have a fair pet policy. They may be slightly more expensive than others in the area, but you are paying for better quality. Overall, I have had a pleasant experience living there.

Moving in had a bump in the road with the master bedroom having NO power in any of the outlets. However they were quick to check it out for us and resolve the issue within a week. Overall a great location and very peaceful!

I moved into Rosedale apartments just recently and had the best experience. From the paperwork to the move in Janet and Rebecca made it all possible. It is a safe and a quiet place to live. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
