Communication is horrible nurses horrible, the staff is horrible patient care is horrible, this isn't a good place!

This place is ghetto and nasty. Poor management. The rooms are disgusting. I honesty don’t know how this center is still open. Absolutely no care for the patients. Also, the Russia supervisor is racist.

Clipboard health workers be aware they like to place them DNR. For absolutely no reason.

Great facility amazing staff. Getting better with time with an ambitious new administrator. Change does not happen in a day but rosemont is headed in a amazing direction.

Should be shut down. No good leadership, no one who actually cares about the residents, smells just like a nursing home, so much neglect, building falling apart. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. I would’nt put my loved ones in this place.

Not a bad place to work at all, it’s just a shame the cna’s are too lazy to do what they’re supposed to without having to be told over and over.

Great home for short term and long term patients in a very nice location. Great management and friendly staff

This is for the Rosemount Care & Rehab in Rosemount, MN
My Grandma was put in this home a little over a year ago for Rehabilitation after a surgery- Not only did this facility not assess her physical therapy, she is now 100% wheel chair bound after going through a very traumatic surgery in order for her to walk again. She has encountered numerous injuries during her stay- including stitches on her arm due to a broken toilet paper dispenser, that is probably still broken several months later, All of which I have documented with pictures and the really sad part is, all concerns were brought to Managements attention, including Directors of this facility but unfortunately, they shrugged it off. There is absolutely NO communication in this place. It is an absolute disgrace. Our Family had a Unique situation - unfortunately, they did not care. After numerous opportunities waiting for things to change and by the time I had seen & had enough, they decided that they would call the cops on me and put a Tresspass Order on me so i would no longer be allowed on the grounds to visit her. They have literally destroyed my Family with their lies.
If i could give this a NO STAR Review, i would but it would not allow me to post without at least a one star review. They have had a few Interns of such that have been wonderful, but they don't seem to stay long.

The administrative staff is not responsive up to and including the hospital administrator. They make promises to call you back on issues regarding your love one and they don’t follow up. They continually point fingers and blame on each other. I’ve called the admin on several occasions after she committed to having someone call me back and I am still waiting for a return call.

In addition I bought my father some distilled water for his C- Pack machine and some one stole it and replaced it with another brand. Now how down low can that be.

Mrs. Judys nursing team are very nice and caring. They make your loved one feel appreciated.

Please try and avoid this facility at all

Stressful work environment with bad management. I wouldn't put someone I care about here if this was the last nursing home on earth! Back when Golden living own the building it was a pleasant place this building switch Owners TWICE! THERE still crooks stealing money from employees not paying for sick time or PTO. & Every paypday employees checks are messed up. There staff is over worked and under staffed. The state needs to shut this facility down or get a new administrator! I feel sorry for the residents!

The nursing staff was very kind, and tried their best to help. There were lots of promises made when my loved one first entered care, like frequent ‘outings’ ‘exercise, and access to a ‘work out room’. My loved one gained nearly 40 lbs and is in poor health after being here. The facility is dirty and there is very little maintenance, repairs. My loved one used the wall heater in the room as a chair, and promised of ‘paint and repairs after 10 months never happened. Very unprofessional, unorganized, and chaotic experience. The two stars are only for the nursing staff, whom were mostly warm and loving.
