This would be a great practice if it wasn’t for Dr. Kernen who is the most horrific doctor we have ever met in our life. She has no clue how to treat patients and has ZERO compassion for children. Do not let your child see this terrible doctor!

I have always loved the doctors and nurses at Roseville so very much and I still do, so it pains me to write a negative review. However, the current office policies do not follow LGH's core values of "Respect for the Individual" and "Service" at all. For almost a year now, they have had a very unreasonable policy for a pediatric office which prohibits parents from bringing any children to the appointment except for the child who is scheduled for an appointment. This means that when my 2-year-old has an appointment, my 4-year-old is not permitted to come, and vice versa. My husband works, and I have two children at home. If their concern is truly about Covid-19 and about children, it is actually safer for my children to stay with me than to take them to someone else's house. And it obviously isn't safe to leave a child at home alone! Yet they do everything in their power to prevent me from bringing my other child to appointments, as if my child were toxic. I have brought this concern to the LGH complaints department and was very kindly told that I can make a special request before each appointment. However, I am given so much trouble by the phone staff - they never give clear permission and keep saying "I'm just following orders. " Today, even though I called ahead of time to let them know I would bring my 4-year-old to my 2-year-old's appointment and that she would gladly wear a mask, they didn't write this down in the file but instead questioned me about the presence of my daughter at the appointment when I got there (and I might add, she is sweet and well-behaved). It is sad that they do not follow their core values and that the person checking us in did not treat my daughter like a person, but like a hazard. Our doctor and nurse today were amazing as usual and it is sad that the phone staff and the people at the front counter as well as the people creating these policies are not in sync with the wonderful doctors and nurses. - Andrea Fox

We've been going here since our daughter was born back in 2018, and have been quite happy. Since Roseville is a part of LGH, all of our little one's medical records are integrated into their online system, which also is helpful in tracking her next appointment. We feel the reception staff has been quite friendly and upfront with everything. Will be honest: as far as the pediatricians you see, it will yield a different experience. While we've been satisfied with most visits, our most recent check-up with Dr. Thode has been amazing! She actually interacts with our little one and makes her feel welcomed, especially these days where everyone is in a mask and can be confusing/scary for a little one. She also takes our questions very seriously and never sounded condescending nor acted like we should've known better to ask. Overall, while your experience may differ from one visit to another, you can always request a certain pediatrician when you've found one that clicks with your parenting style.

I can’t believe how much Roseville Pediatrics has declined since we first joined the practice four years ago. Last week, I had my 18 month old in for a well check and didn’t see the doctor for an hour and ten minutes after our scheduled time. All while my daughter is in a diaper in a freezing room where the nurse explains that the heat doesn’t work in the room. This morning I called as soon as they opened to get my daughter in for a sick visit and was told I’d get a call back. An hour went by, I call again. Again told I’d get a call back. After another half hour, I call and demand to speak to a nurse and am told that they’re completely booked today and I should have called when they opened and that I should go to urgent care. You’d think a baby’s wheezing and shortness of breath would be a priority.

Dr. Tifft and Dr. Ammons are very helpful and listen to ALL of my concerns. I also appreciate that they are respectful towards my decisions regarding vaccines and flu shots. Absolutely love these two doctors. All the other nurses are very kind as well. The new office is beautiful.

Love the new building! We have been with Roseville for over 2 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. Every staff member, nurse and doctor we have encountered have been wonderful and have treated us with the utmost care and concern. We would and have recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Abhorrent experience with Dr. Lisa M. Kernen. Complaints have been filed through the proper professional channels to insure nobody else receives the same.

Still working out some kinks at the new office. I appreciate that they have appointments after 6. I often see a different Dr but have no complaints. They (as a practice) have helped me through a lot of dietary challenges my baby has faced since birth.

I was calling around to several Pediatricians asking many questions about pricing and procedures. Basically being annoying:) Roseville was by far the most patient and helpful place that I called. Even putting me on hold to go track down answers for me immediately. We have not used their services yet but we will definitely be giving them a try!

The best pediatric office around. Doctors are knowledgeable and helpful. They really allow parents to make decisions and support them as the leading role in their child's life. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have fantastic hours and a Dr on call at all times plus the nurse line is great for just getting quick answers from home. Really, I can't say enough good things about this office!

I truly love having my children here because their hours accomodate working parents, beside a respectful, knowledgeable, friendly staff.

We've been patients at Roseville for two years. The receptionists and nurses are wonderful, very warm, friendly and professional. The doctors are great too, they really listen to parent concerns and are genuinely concerned for the patients. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that we've often not seen the doctor until well past our appointment time. However, the level of care we've received is worth the extra wait time.

I believe Kylie Wilton has the wrong Roseville Pediatrics. This one is in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and has no Dr. Khaira. All of the doctors at this Roseville Pediatrics are outstanding, as are all the nurses and office staff.

The Russian receptionist is probably the rudest I've ever had to deal with. They should really fire her. No customer service skills what so ever. Dr. Khaira is the only good thing about this office and unfortunately he's not there much. We will be finding a new doctor.

My family LOVES this practice! Every doctor we've seen here is fantastic, very thorough and compassionate, though Dr. McGeary is the physician we ask to see regularly. She is wonderful with children, and remembers things about each child to make each visit feel personal. I highly recommend.

Roseville Pediatrics is such a great place! Both my children go here and we've had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Kugan is amazing! Both my kids love her.
