Love it best price ever but alot of stilling going on ova there to me this location not to safe for environment

The Stock Manager Barb in the 3400 Aramingo store was a great help when she didnt have to be.

They ALWAYS have top name brands. And every single time I have visited this store my Tight pocket self spends more than I intended to.

I like some of the stuff here. Not a very big selection and I always feel claustrophobic in here.

Now this store Ross is a great store. The people are nice. There was no weird looks and no weird feelings. I go there and Shop every time I'm on Aramingo. And I will shop there again.

Came here to return a back pack that was a fake nike bag. After checking the rn#. After waiting in line for 10 minutes.when called next in line.the cashier says we had to go to another cashier for rerurns. Well the line had no indicator that it was a return line.then we had to wait for the customer that quickly got in front n had a cartfull. There really isnt a customer service only line.

I like want they had for the bathroom and bedroom. But didn't like that their plus size area was so small didn't have a good selection. I couldn't find any sneakers!

Someone stole something while I was there the cashier was nice but kinda surprised they knew that the guy was stealing and he kinda just got away with it I understand security can't always touch a person then get lost prevention

I have my favorite locations this isn’t one of them messy store ghetto workers and customers. But Ross is Ross cheap prices. I’ll still stop in from time to time

Associates are extremely rude! Store is completely disorganized most of the store goods were thrown about the floors. God forbid you ask anyone who works there a general question. I asked a simple question was told I don't know go look yourself with eyeroll and shoulder shrug. Then talk amongst themselves looks Im bothering them. What's the point in having a job there if you can't help a customer or direct someone who can help? I had to just walk out because why should I spend my money in a place that has no respect for customers!

Always something new and wonderful to discover. So many great items at great prices for the quality. Come with an empty trunk or you may end up not having enough room for your stuff.

I found the flower pot holders and lamp shade I was looking for here. Store was not too junky and lines were not tooo long… this time!
