Ross Dress for Less, Drexel Hill PA

I wish there were more dresses but the manager that waited on me was professional, friendly and courteous. She invited me back and informed me of inventory.

Store was boring with not enough decent selections plus they only had 2 tellers working (slowly) & a long line.

Ross is a great business, been going to their stores for 5 years now. They've got good prices and quality products of every kind including shoes, clothes, home products, furniture, children clothes, carpets, electronics, and even better a amazon locker. Get it.

Alot of their items are over priced. So be careful that your not paying much for last year's items.
Household goods are a good price. Many items need to be marked at 50% to 75% off.

I just moved here from long island, and this was my 1st time going into a Ross Dress for Less, I cannot wait to go back, the prices are phenomenal especially in their home department! You can find anything from dishware to bedding to storage for the bathroom, they even have furniture! Plus clothing and shoes for the entire family. Name brand ladies handbags like guess and steve madden, it's so worth it!

Helpful staff. Need more merchandise. I guess this store is very popular. I always get here late. Get prices on items that I purchase.

Great sale prices right now but there isn't a lot to choose from. I feel like they do some sort of inventory in January and the store is always pretty bare.

DESIGNER CLOTHES 4 LESS Money I/ WE MY FAMILY LOVE SHOPPING HERE AND WE BE LOOKING GOOOD LOL.

Many staff do not wear masks over their noses. One took it off completely talking to another associate. Long lines, understaffed.

FIRST impressions is LASTING impression & Sadly quite a surprising letdown. This was my first time * in this Ross store & probably my last. I expected to find some great deals @ this (Location). The staff here is friendly & clean. But more inventory of their merchandise is needed @ this Location with such commuter* traffic.

Another big store with nothing in it. I can never fine anything in Ross. Only when I go beyond the city limits. What's that all about?

Multiple shoes never have price tags on them. I visit quite frequently. This makes ot harder for you to purchase an item

The worst Ross. The stuff act like it's a favor for you to be shopping there. I went to return a dress and attitude was so rude. I think I will stick to amazon for my clothing. The return policy is better.

I did find some things that I was going to buy and I got to the counter and saw a wallet and I leaned over to look at the wallet and one of the cashiers hollered
“if you were in line get over here “-ignorantly!
I dropped everything and walked out -the place is ridiculous! Trying to get in line is confusing and this woman was sitting there doing nothing - and could’ve taken the next person! I will not go back to that place again

I rarely shop at stores like this for fear that everything with be picked over and in disarray. However, this store was well organized, neat and clean. I found a gorgeous comforter set, which was exactly what I had been looking for, but much less expensive. I also found a great gift for my daughter, art supplies, and sneakers for my son. I really like this store and will be returning often.
