15This Ross was actually cleaner and more organized than I thought it would be. Most are like a thrift store
They treat us really bad bad. My cart is just 12 feet away from us. The staff just took it away. My baby bottle in the cart. We let them know and they let me and my 5 month old baby wait for 30 minutes and then tell us we have to find it ourselves. What the hack is you took my stuff away and then make me wait 30 minutes and tell me find it myself. I never come back this store and tell all my friends will never come this store.
Store is always junky.never organized. Products look old and used esp the bath and perfume products.
Although the line was very long, I did not wait long. I was unable to find men's indoor/outdoor slippers, but did find a few items I am more than happy about.
It was nice but they need to reload on their items. They had nothing but it look like old stuff they had in there and trying to get rid of it.
The lines were long they were to the back of the store but we did get out fast it took 15 minutes and I found what I was looking for
Too cluttered I couldn't find no shoes I wanted BC it was a mess. I walked out with money yall would have gotten if the store was more organized.
Today started out bad, while returning a pair of pants and an unopened box of cereal that I purchased at another Ross, but I needed to return closer to home. The cashier was not going to return my items because it was food, all Ross stores should be on the same wave but only this store is where there's always a problem. I spoke to the store manager and she explained things in a gentle way, Sasha restored my trust in me returning to Ross store 2166. Thanks Sasha for helping me today. 3/31/2021
Worst experience: this msg for management you guys hire some for cashier just teach him to be nice with the customer specially (cashier) lucy or luky. I was drive in this crazy weather to support our business community and buy some shows for youngsters.i never see a rude cashier.
So I’m transferring there soon and my god staff every where and I can’t wait to transfer from location
Seriously, went in to shop, could not they waxed floor just before opening fumes was ridiculously, never try to shop here again, already wear a mask and can not barely breathe, now you have to inhale wax fumes in this store.
The store was clean, even though there was not a lot in the home section, I did make a purchase.
Store looks horrible i think they are going out of business. The shelves are empty. I came here for tshirts for the last month or two a couple time a week. Selection is terrible. I wouldnt waste your time stopping in.
Great discounts on brand names this store is usually very busy so it constantly needs restocking
Everything in Ross is truly yes for less. You can get valuable stuff for cheap prices. Nice place to shop.
