Ross Dress for Less, Philadelphia PA

Yesterday I went to Ross at 77th and City Ave on a whim, just looking for a King Comforter set. No luck.they only had 3 or 4. So, I picked up a king size fuzzy throw and a bunch of items to complete the new theme. Thirty five minutes later, 10 items fuller and $185 lighter.here are most of them. Btw.the store wasn't wrecked like I've seen on occasion.

I can always find something I love. Guaranteed! I could go in with $100 and come out with an outfit or two as well as a few fix ups for the house!

Worst selection of clothes in all the Ross Store locations. But TODAY I got this wonderful little denim jacket, Heather Gray bolero sweater and summer skirt. WINNING!

Like most Ross store's the store was a complete mess but I was able to find what I was looking for at a cheap price.only one register open and the line was long.

The home department has spectacular find. The children's department is so unorganized you rarely can find anything you really have to search. Some of the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

No selection. Looked like they were going out of business. Employees were LOUD but polite and friendly.

My experience could have been better. After waiting in line with a full cart of items to purchase, I was told that the store does not have large bags. I had 2 knee length fall jackets so I asked if I could keep the hangers because I didn't want them to become wrinkled by stuffing them in the small bags. I was told no so I didn't purchase them. Come to think of it the last time I was there they didn't have large bags. That will be my last time shopping there.

Lines are way too long and staff is completely oblivious to the customers who are waiting. Maybe a supervisor in place at the register area to assist cashier's as needed. I should not have to wait for a price or item correction. Unexceptable

Nightmare, store so messy staff rude unprofessional shelves empty. I thought I was at goodwill for a minute smh

Never have a good selection of shoes like the one located in Center City, like ever. I’m a size 9.5-10. Limited selection of children’s clothing. Good selection of women’s dresses.

One of my favorite weekly shops. Always find something in here to buy. Grabbed these 2 planters for $12

I like Ross but went there today and they were closed due to too many employees calling out? I have never experienced this before! This was at 5: 45 PM in the evening!

This particular store is always messy. It's really hard to find items. New management is needed.

Pretty good overall. Typically able to find really good deals, especially on dresses and athletic wear. The customer service is mediocre and the store could benefit from being more organized (e.g. Similar sizes should be together). Despite these issues, I'd still recommend this Ross for reasonably priced designer wear.

This Ross location was great, easy to find what you are looking for. I would have given it 5 stars but the line was seriously long with 2 cashier

Depends what you're going here for. Not a great children's section, but their women's and teens sections are great. But that's just this location.
