Ross Dress for Less, Lansdale PA

As a retail manager myself, I’m always interested in how other businesses interact with their guests. I was helped by a wonderful woman named Destiny and she made my shopping experience the best it could be. Will be recommending this location to others!:)

I LOVE this place! It has the cutest stuff at the cheapest price. I find it to be cheaper than HomeGoods/Marshalls. I always check here first. I do find the aisles are a bit light, so it's better to go early. With great prices and product, I don't blame them! Just like Marshal's/TJ Maxx, you never know if they'll have what you need, but that's kind of exciting when you find the perfect item!

Destiny at store 244 was extremely rude and unhelpful. She should be undergoing training for management and customer service.

Great bargain But fitting rooms are always engaged. It's really frustrating if you have to wait 20 mins in front of a fitting room

Very clean store. Staff is very friendly. I usually go here on my lunch because its 2 minutes from my work. When I went there today I was about the 15th person in line and there was one cashier! They have a great selection but they definitely need to mindful of how many people are in their line!

This is a hit or miss place. Sometimes good choices other times a wasted trip and I go home with nothing.

I have a love/hate relationship with Ross Dress for Less. This location is pretty clean and decently organized. However, staff aren't very friendly or helpful. I typically have to wait in a longish line because there is only one register open. Racks are usually over stuffed and it can be very difficult to find anything.

Great prices and you honestly never can tell what your gonna find so its like a treasure hunt at times.

Side note, everyone knows its a bargain store but that does not mean it needs to look that way.

Neat clean organized retail spaces sells better and brings in more customers.

Out of all the Ross's I've visited, this by far the friendliest, cleanest, and most organized one ive ever been too. The staff are kind and helpful, and they have a great collection of mens clothing. If you're into discount shopping and are looking for a top notch experience, then this is your store!

Great place to shop for a great deal. Nice cashiers as well. The store could be kept a little more clean though

I love Ross, you really can get dress for less here. This particular Ross however, employees are not nice at all. Their restrooms are also very dirty.

Usually only 2 checkout counters, which includes returns, too. Employees never overly-friendly. Hit or miss on merchandise.

I shop here fairly regularly. It can be hit or miss if you're looking for bargains. I find good deals on men's shoes, kitchen items and random stuff for my car. Place is kept clean and organized for the most part. Staff has always been friendly

Great prices. Silly set up for the line to the cashier. It's actually kind of annoying. But again, great prices!

Everytime you go in One or 2 People working the whole store I guess they don't wanna pay out an extra 7.50hr that might break their buget!

You can always find something here that you "need"! Prices are good. I havectwins and can rarely find 2 of things

This Ross Staff is unfriendly from supervisor to cashier they don't know where anything is at they could not help me

Good spot, this particular store carries alot more items as well as carrying jewellery for that special someone in your life! I come here after work hours

It's Ross. Have a great selection for great price. You get what you get here. I personally love this shop and go here first whenever I'm in need of new clothing, shoes, and small accessories.
