i have eaten very well during the course of the last three years as I recover from spine surgery. The food is always excellent! We have eaten great salads, grilled chicken sandwiches, pasta, Philadelphia cheesesteaks, dessert. Service is fast and thoughtful.
When people ask me how I survived the pandemic, surgery, etc, my response is always Rossi's!

Rossis has some.of The Best pannini sandwiches in town. And their waffle fries are out sight. Great food and great service. Always busy so order early.

Heed my warning. 1st time ordering from this restaurant. Huge mistake. Food arrived via delivery with food not packaged well. Open and exposed. Food just gross. Stuffed shells in water and garlic knots inedible. Have not even bothered to look at italian hoagie. Im afraid.

The kid who took the order messed up. He was to busy on his cellphone. Instead of bring the food to the table it sat on the counter for 15 minutes until we went up to find out where our food was. The manager heard us being upset. She took the food back and said she would remake it. We ordered a cheese steak hoagie. All they did was take the steak off heated it and buried it the lettuce and tomato. The French fries was warm not hot and the sandwich was only warm. Out of about 6 tables 3 were dirty and so was the floor. I guess they don't wipe down their tables. We give this place a big 0. We won't return.

My favorite is their chicken cheese steak stromboli and their cheese steaks I don't know the cook name or I would give him a shout out He is short and always has a smile on his face he has been there for a while I actually look for him when i come in there because i know it's going to taste good if he makes it

I stopped in for a chicken finger platter to go. I was in and out however I didn't mind waiting as they have a big TV right in front of the cash register. Great chicken fingers definitely hand made not those frozen flat fingers that everyone sells.

It's the first time we ordered food from Rossi's Pizza and we weren't disappointed. We had a Deep Dish Meat Lovers Pizza delivered to us in a timely manner. It was hot, very flavorful, and was probably the best pizza I've ever had tasted. The crust and dough done just right and the sauce was superb. I'd definitely recommend trying the pizza.

How can a pizza place be this bad? ! It’s sad because the food is good. But every time we order there’s an issue. And if you call to say there’s an issue you get attitude and told there’s no manager. I ordered food over an hour ago. I said it was delivery. Paid over the phone. And gave a tip for the delivery driver. After an hour I called to see where the food was. I was told it was put in as a pick up. I said we didn’t want hour plus old food and we would like it remade. I was given attitude. And I was very polite. My husband calls back to ask to speak to a manger. Not about the mix up but about how I was treated. He was told there is no manager there. So he asked who was in charge while the manager was gone. The person had no idea. He was told to “call back in 20 mins” because that’s when the manger comes back. I’m tired of giving this place chances. Every other time we call they either mess up the delivery or mess up our order. I just looked at other reviews and they all say the same thing! Yet nothing is being done. Listen to the bad reviews and go to a different pizza shop.

My husband had an Italian hoagie, I had a ham hoagie. My husband went to pick up the items, 7-10 employees working and no one to help him, can’t find our order, no one knows what’s going on, finally figure out it was done on line. Have to make the order. 4 hours after I could only eat half the sandwich (all you could taste is red onion) I’m vomiting and diarrhea that continues through the nite and today. Middle of the night my husband has the same symptoms. I can still taste the red onions 17 hours later! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Go somewhere where they handle and store the food properly. Lettuce was wilted, tomatoes were slimy and mushy. Called today to let them know, was told after I explained everything “I’m only here to answer the phone”! No one is here to talk to, but they are open SMH!

Very poor experience with delivery. Not only was the food 40 minutes late, lackluster would be a kind description of the taste. There is no flavor to the marinera sauce in the chicken parm nor the angel hair pasta. Also, the angel hair had almost no sauce at all. It was almost like a bowl of plain pasta. The Alfredo is also extremely watering as If the pasta was never drained when added. Overall horrible experience. Should have trusted the bad reviews. Most definitely, I will not be trying again; what an embarrassment of an establishment.

Cheesesteak with fried onions.
Onions were massive chunks, hardly cooked.
If you cut the onions smaller they cook faster. When people ask for fried onions they want fried onions not large chunks of raw onions in their steak sandwich.
It's the simple things that make or break a good place to eat.
I'd give a 3 star but I've ordered before and they literally didn't start my order till I walked in the door. Wasting my 30min lunch break that's why I call ahead of time

We've always had great experiences at Rossi's! The wait is never long, and the pizza is incredible. It's nice to see businesses like this thriving with a Domino's across the street. (Pick Rossi's over them!) Support your local businesses!

I ordered delivery because I got their menu in my mailbox. My order total was $45.00. I paid $55.00 in cash to cover his tip. He said “do you understand that I just drove 8.5 miles to get here. ” Is my tip supposed to be $100.00? Crazy. The food was awful as well. I will never order from this place again

Love this place! Everything is good, not just the pizza. Highly recommend their pasta dishes, enough to get 3 meals out of them!

Your customer service sucks! I will NEVER order from you! One star so I could post! And no receipt with the order!

Rossi use to be our go to place but the last several times it has been mediocre at best. Customer service on 1/6 was atrocious. Person taking the order was preoccupied so when I got there the order was wrong. Asked the guy three times before ringing me out if there was no oregano on the hoagie and he assured me there wasn’t. Got to the car and there was oregano. Asked for a refund on my credit card and they said no. Cheese steak is mediocre and not very good. Will probably be the last time for awhile that we go there.

Garlic knots were FULL of oil and felt raw because of that. The pizza crust on all three was limp and undercooked. One pizza arrived folded in half in the box. The flavor wasn’t bad, but not good enough to order again. What happened Rossi’s? You used to be top notch. Below is a picture of a garlic knot. The dark part isn’t shadow…. It’s oil.
