It was a very long wait. It was very expensive and we didn't get the level of care that we should have. The Vet was very nice and compassionate. Otherwise I would save my money and go somewhere else.

The worst! I called in and asked about wait time. I was told 1-2 hours. After 2.5 hours in the room I went out to check what was up. They said physician had to do surgery. I understand emergencies happen but for gods sake update the people waiting. Horrible communication and service!

Saved my mother's elderly dog! Caring staff, professional, clean.their "resident " cat, I swear it looked like it came in to check on us and perk up our spirits. A bit pricy, but they saved a precious life.

Arrived at 9: 17pm and got turned away and had to drive to Harrisburg when they don’t close until 10pm. Just caused an unnecessary delay in care.

By far the most professional group. I had to help my baby cross over the night of 20 Jan 2023. The team that was there at 8pm was amazing. They were at the door waiting on me with the stretcher to assist me. They gave me the time I needed to say goodbye never felt rushed or hurried. When I picked her up today the same lady was working. She is truly amazing. Thank you for your compassion and understanding in my time of grief.

This place needs sued. I get there last night, filled out paperwork. Then they took my cat and lied to me saying that the doctor was looking at her. Three hours and nobody came in to talk to us. So I took my cat and left. They should be ashamed. These people shouldn't even be in business.

I took my cat to Rossmonye after my regular vet could not get me in. Despite a wait, I could not have asked for a better group taking care of my cat Ramp. He got his blood work and xrays promptly done and the vet, Dr. Millington and the tech Bill were great in explaining everything going on. The office even sent over the paperwork to my regular vet to review and to have for his records.

So, this place really took care of us in a pinch. Our dog got hurt and needed a stitch put in, and they did not hesitate to help. Love that they are open at all hours with friendly staff at all hours. The only downside is that they are obviously understaffed when it comes to the vet doctors. We were there a total of 5 hours, and our pup was there 13 hours. If it were not for the stitch, it would've only been about 4 or 5 hours in total. All in all, super helpful staff, friendly, they are a great spot in a pinch if you do not mind the wait time. Would visit again in a late night emergency.

Very nice staff and great care. They were very busy, and a worker brought a blanket out for my elderly lab to lay on to make her more comfortable. They don't try and get you to do unnecessary tests or procedures either.

No one wants to go to an emergency vet but when it’s necessary it’s helps to know you’re in caring hands. You wait in your vehicle until a private room is available which is actually pretty nice compared to being in a waiting room. When it was our turn they were gentle with my pet, friendly, answered all my questions. They took him back for testing and I hung out in our room. I could hear someone in a nearby room that must have lost their beloved pet and it was heartbreaking to hear their sorrow. The thing that stood out to me is they were free to grieve as long as they needed and I could tell everyone else was hurting too and gently consoled the owner. It was a tender moment to experience from the outside and if it was me in their shoes I would have hoped for the same. Also, on the slim chance that person happens to see this I’m so sorry for your loss. I know they were deeply loved and it was a tremendous loss for you. I also know they had the best life because of how much you obviously loved them.

I just wanted to write a review to say thank you to the staff. Our 3 year old dog, Rebel, was very sick so we took her here to find out what was wrong. Unfortunately it was the worst case scenario, one we didn't see coming. The staff here was so polite and kind to us and to Rebel, it made an extremely difficult and sad day just a little easier. Thank you for being honest with us. Thank you for treating us and our baby girl with compassion. Thank you for allowing us all the time we needed to sort out our thoughts and to thank Rebel for everything she had done for my wife and I. Thank you.

Was on New Year's Eve when our cat got sick, we have to go to emergency veterinarian for taking care of little furry buddy. We are very happy with the service all personel was knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was clean and very well maintained. Recommend for taking care of animals. Will come back if we have any problems with our feline.

Terrible ethics… Terrible! They have 10am to 10pm hours, 7 days a week, so you think you are not going to get nailed with off hours prices. Lol. OMG. All they want to do is nail you for money. MONEY MONEY MONEY…. We are on vacation and our beloved golden doodle is staying with his stepdad. He had a very bloody stool that was concerning, and he took him to the ER. $580 for an X-ray and $520 to check for pancreatitis (very painful and other issues that he does not exude) he was acting completely normal. The Bottom line is a $2500 bill at 7pm on a Saturday is outlandish, and how have they managed to get away with this? ! What they don’t know is that we have a vet friend in the family and she saved us from their scam treatment… Beware of this shady practice. My wife works on humans and trust me when I say more than $70 on an x-ray is ridiculous. I know you love your pet and I know you want them to have the best care, but this is not the place to receive it! We still paid 500 dollars and had zero answers.

We took our dog, Bandit, in after being stepped on. We had to wait over an hour to be seen, which is much better than other area pet ER’s. Reasonably priced and convenient.

Had an exotic animal in need of emergency treatment. This facility did a great job with triage: we were seen fairly quickly. Staff truly cared about helping my chinchilla.
They took their time with me and answered all of my questions.
Were prepared to treat my animal immediately.

Had to take a family feline to be euthanized. She had end-stage renal disease and our regular vet was closed. The staff were so friendly and understanding in our time of grief. The Vet was just super. So compassionate and concerned with our needs. Overall, a good experience. Only minor things to mention, like the room was a bit cool and we did have a bit of a wait. So much better than the euthanasia care by the regular vet. Recommend these guys

Wait wasn't bad at all. Vet was really nice and listened as well as explained very well. Techs/assistants were so kind and loving to my pup.

They were able to diagnose my dogs cloudy eyes as anaplasmosis. 30 days antibiotics and his eyes are all cleared up now,

Rossmoyne has an incredibly passionate and welcoming staff.i had to euthanize my 15 y/o cat last evening, and Sal I believe his name is, as well as our vet tech, truly took the best care of my girl.the people behind the counter were compassionate and of course made sure to give my cat some loves too! She had the most peaceful crossing over that i think we could’ve given her and i believe rossmoyne had a great deal to do with that! So thank you so much for everything you all do.

Avoid taking your pet here at all costs.my cat passed away hours after we returned home after we were informed he was okay & prescribed medication. $1200 just to have my cat suffer for a few more hours instead of giving us the option to put him down.
