Dr. Jeffrey Rihn, Laura Woodward and everyone on their team is the greatest. I consider myself very lucky. While in the office they take their time with me, I never feel rushed, and most of all they are very easy to talk too. When I need to call, whether it’s for a question, prescription refill, or to have paperwork filled out, most of the time it’s the same day or always the next day. If I had a question, Crystal will call me back to let me know what Dr. Rihn or Laura said or they will call me back themselves! Thank you Rothman Institute! Never have to wait. Always professional answer all my questions. Rothman is definitely the best orthopedics specialists in the greater Philadelphia area. Been going there for years and planning on having bi lateral knee replacement hopefully in the near future

The doctors, PAs and staff at Rothman Malvern are great. They listen to and address your concerns and prepare you for what is to come. They don't sugar coat anything, but give you encouragement and support. Great experience with both my total knee replacements. Dr. Levicoff and Samantha Biddle are top-notch.

I am almost a year out from my complete shoulder replacement. Dr. Williams did a great job on my surgery and the follow up has been excellent. I have had complete use of my shoulder for at least the past six months.

I have had nothing but good things to say about my time at Rothman, my doctor Eric Levicoff and his team have been great. My right knee replacement is 3 weeks into recovery and I’m already walking without any kind of assistance. Yes I am doing rehab now but I am very encouraged. The only concern with my situation is that my paperwork for short term disability was not handled right away and I was charge $30 for Rothman to send back a simple Attending Physicians statement form for the doctor. This seems to be a very petty way to charge a customer for sending over the doctor’s statement. This process has cost me almost a month without compensation from my insurance. Yes they will reimburse me after the fact but that is not the point. I filed all my paperwork before my operation on the 18th of February and since Rothman is using a 3rd party company (MediCopy) to handle this paperwork we have to wait to get the insurance company to release our funds. Please look at this process for future patients so that they don’t have to go through the same waiting game, being out of work is tough enough but being out of work with no source of income is even tougher.

Liberty is always caring, professional and efficient. She takes care to explain what she will do and any possible after effects. She has been giving me injections for many years and I have total confidence in her ability to do so pain free.

Everything has gone very well with my total knee replacement 3 weeks ago, and continued today with my appointment with Samantha. Doing this was a huge decision but happy to know it was the right one and I chose the right folks.

Laura is very good at explaining all potential problems with my lower back and possible solutions. She is great at listening and answering my questions.

Dr Rihn is an awesome caring Doctor. He always takes his time and listens to your concerns. His staff is also willing to help at any time.

I have been treated for an elbow injury over the last year and highly recommend Thomas Kitzinger whose excellent care provided much needed relief of pain. He is a knowledgeable P. A, courteous and kind to me as his patient.
