Dr. Courtney and his staff are amazing. Had such a Great experience. I feel very secure about him doing my knee replacement so I can begin to start living a more pain free life.

The agents and operators are very kind they can truly understand and accept even without appointments I took my dad there once when he fractured his arm they took him right away and serve him with kindness and gentleness

My experience with Rothman Institute was amazing from beginning to end. From the front desk workers, to registration, doctors, surgeons, nurses and PA’s, everyone was so caring, patient, polite and professional. Each person went into detail about what was happening and their roll in it. I felt safe and cared for. I would absolutely recommend Rothman Institute to all my family and friends.

Will and Dr. Avart. Are a great team. I feel like I am a bother when I call but they always take time to make sure we get to the root of the problem. Will is on top of EVERYTHING and when I call he takes the time to try and figure it out, runs it by Dr. Avart, and within an hour sometimes 10 minutes I have a call back from Will with a game plan for my problem. Though we might not have solved the issue. I feel confident they will. Dr. Avart makes me feel he will do whatever it takes to get to the bottom and I actually believe what. Dr is telling me. Just a great team all arriving from the front desk to radiology to the assistants and of course the Drs.

I would highly recommend everyone at Rothman Orthopedics. Brian, who I saw a couple of days ago was wonderful, thorough and caring. Got my hip replaced, and will be going back to get my knees replaced. Nothing but 5 stars!

From the moment I met Dr Wellen’s, I had nothing but a positive experience. Diagnosis to follow up after surgery, a very positive feeling. One of my sisters was with me on each visit and they felt the same. Thank you!

Dr. William Arnold and Brain Hilinski did a excellent job. Their bedside manner is excellent five star all the way, also the staffs is excellent too.

Dr Courtney was great, I would recommend him & Rothman to my friends and family. I chose Rothman because I heard good things about them. I had my right hip replaced by Dr. Courtney & everything went great and he and his staff were nothing but professional.

Dr Avart is always pleasant, friendly and funny. His professionalism is off the charts. He assesses the ailment and treats it with great results. If ever in need of an orthopedic doctor I highly recommend

I went to the incorrect location for my appt. They were kind enough to call where my appt.was scheduled. I went to the correct location. Dr. Rubenstein was prompt and took excellent care of my knee problem. He also has very good communication skills and has very much helped me with an ongoing knee problem.

Great visit with Dr Courtney and his team. Surgery is scheduled for my hip replacement and I'm confident it will go well. Lots of information in the packet I was given for pre and post op so I know what will happen every step of the way.

Everything was excellent From the receptionist to X-ray personnel to MA to The Doctor very happy with the way I was taking care of I feel so much better today. Thank you so much for your help

Staff were great very friendly and informative. Dr Kistler is a kind caring physician. Communicated with me in terms I understood and explained all options and together made a choice as to best plan to address my situation and care I needed.

Been treating at Rothman for years. Dr. Rubenstein is the best. He's been my physician there for years and trust him completely

The whole staff at Rothman Orthopedics are super friendly and definitely make sure you are as comfortable as possible!
Dr. Cortney is an extremely talented surgeon who took care of me and had me back on my feet in no time!

Staff does not carry through. Made appointment, but it was cancelled. Was never informed. When I called they told me someone logged a telephone call, 9/11. NO CALL! Rescheduled appointment. Was told someone would call regarding my medical coverage and my personal costs. NO CALL. Left a message for manager of these people. SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK.

PHYSICIANS MAY BE TERRIFIC BUT SCHEDULING STAFF MUST BE USING THEIR MEDICAL MARIJUANA! NO FOLLOW THROUGH. HAVE FILED COMPLAINT WITH CORPORATE.

TERRIBLE! Appt was for 11: 30 we got here 11: 10, it’s now 12. I have watched the office clear out as countless patients that came in well after me have been seen and left. I’m watching the nursing staff gather their lunches and joke around.
