When I called and spoke to Hannah at the Harrisburg office, she was more than helpful to get a scheduled as soon as possible.
AJ was the service tech that showed up and got right to business explained what he was doing and was very helpful.

A. J.was very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem with our pipes. He corrected the problem quickly and efficiently. We also appreciated that he cleaned up the mess, and that he gave us helpful tips to prevent future problems.

AJ and Chris were amazing. They were reaponsive, explained everything, and provided a fix to a problem that I had experienced but didn't know was a problem! Would definitely recommend!

Promise to do in different price but charge more and worker lied that they had to do extra job. Not trust worthy.

AJ came out to our home and went above and beyond. We had flooding in our basement and we did not know where to start. He let us know what our problem is very quickly. He was nice and professional and made it easy to come up with a clear long term solution.

Had a sewer line clog and Kurt came out at 11pm to help. When the first method didn’t fully work he explained the next step and was able to come out the next morning to help again. Service was great and everything explained well. Even helped make sure we wouldn’t have this problem in the future.

We had a kitchen faucet supply line start leaking late at night, so we looked up plumbing repair services. We called Roto-Rooter, and a technician was able to come out the next morning around 7: 30am. AJ was very friendly, communicative, on time, and was able to install a new supply line valve which fixed the leak!

Roto-Rooter responded to our request for service and had a technician on the way within an hour. AJ was knowledgeable, professional and quick to find the issue.

James did an excellent job quickly troubleshooting the problem and was able to successfully fix the issue. James also recommended a better way to clean out our septic filter in hopes of preventing backups from this issue in the future. Clean out came with a 90 guarantee in case we have further issues. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing service - had a bad leak and they sent a tech within an hour. He identified the issue and was able to call another tech to repair our old copper sewer line. Explained the whole process step by and step, and they were finished within the next hour! Highly recommend- and thank you again!

When I called, Customer service was courteous & respectful of my situation and was able to get my service on the schedule immediately. Kurt arrived within a few minutes & completed a thorough assessment of the issue. He was very efficient, professional & answered all my questions. He provided me with information related to follow up procedures and continued maintenance. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of the sticker shock- I just wasn’t expecting the cost to be so much. (Which was not in Kurt’s control.).

AJ came out to our house where we were experiencing plumbing problems. We had flooding in our basement twice and a pipe was backed up. He fixed the issue and identified the root of our problem very quickly. He made it easy to map out a long term solution to our very unkept plumbing system. He was very professional and was clearly skilled.

Prompt and efficient service but that's where the good ends, quite pricey (e.g, 2-3 times more than competitors), recommend you get a second opinion before committing to a large job/excavation, they misdiagnosed the problem
