I have been a Realtor for 24 years and I had a buyer who purchased and settled in the Enclave at Ridgewood in Royersford, PA. The quality of the homes and the design of the neighborhood is top notch in my opinion. It feels like a community vs.just a neighborhood and the finish work was very impressive. It was truly the best Walk thru I have ever had with a builder. Josh, the project manager on site, was responsive and on top of everything. It was done right. From the very beginning of our home building process, The Rouse Chamberlin Team exhibited the most exceptional service. From the realtor, to the design team, the foreman and the follow up maintenance- 5 stars without a doubt, and more. We've been in our new home for over a week and can't stop talking about how thrilled we are with the beautiful product and service we have received, and how the process could not have gone more smoothly. Ed was so attentive to us the entire time, reassuring us and answering every question (we had a lot!) Majda and her design team did an amazing job helping to create our BEAUTIFUL home. First I want to start out by saying how truly thankful I am to have worked with Rouse Chamberlin on building our home. After multiple friends of ours built their homes recently and hearing their horror stories (all used other builders) we were slightly concerned if we would face some of the same issues. However, our experience with Rouse Chamberlin was nothing but enjoyable and seamless. A HUGE thank you to Ed, Danielle, Josh and the rest of the team for helping us turn our dream into a reality. Ed Kane truly has the patience of a saint! We constantly had questions and would be sending emails or making phone calls and Ed was extremely responsive and put our minds at ease. Danielle from the design studio was also a pleasure to work with. I was beyond picky with the design aspect of our home and she went above and beyond with offering design recommendations, sending photos of available options that I might have forgotten to take photos of while in the design studio and overall answering any questions about the design we had and never pressured us to quickly make a decision. Josh was our PM on the build. Anytime we had a house walk through he was transparent and honestly answered our questions or concerns. When we received our keys we were completely blown away with the attention to detail and craftsmanship of the home. We couldn't be happier!
