Truly, I love this place. I’ve ordered from here several times, recently (pictured) for mother’s day to my mom, and the flowers are always so beautiful and full of life. They really do try their best to match the flowers with an online order. Communication with the owner/manager is always so easy and they really do exercise care with your order. I would recommend this place 10x over to anyone. It’s the perfect place for sending flowers to a loved one when you’re far away️

My wife ordered an arrangement for a funeral over the phone and the owner could not have been more helpful, friendly, professional and patient.the order was on short notice but the arrangement was delivered on time and exactly as ordered. Highly recommend.

Today I wanted to brighten my best friends day after the loss of her dad. After coming across a scammer that had all intentions to take my money and no intentions of delivering her anything I found Rouse’s. The owner was very kind and due to the distance from their shop to her house said tomorrow at very best but she received her flowers within a few hours after placing my order. I would like to thank you so much for being helpful in a very sad situation.

The owner's customer service skills leave much to be desired. My mom went to Rouse's to order a presentation bouquet for my sister's burial service. The sales associate was very kind, expressed her sympathy and asked my Mom what type of flowers she wanted. When the associate provided the owner with the details of the order, he snapped at her saying they were too busy for this. The associate tried again, but he refused to take the order-for a singular, small bouquet-because he rudely claimed to be too busy. I realize everyone has bad days, but being rude to a grieving customer as well as his employee is a poor business decision.

My Mum had a better experience at Peterman's Floral in Altoona where the florist was kind, compassionate and very skilled in her ability to put together a beautiful bouquet for my sister's grave.

After searching in vain for one of the national florists who would deliver to Emeigh, PA, we found Rouse's wonderful shop. They delivered exactly what we were looking for, exactly when they said they would, all at a very reasonable price. Rouse's saved the day.

I live out of town and often order for my in-laws who are near Rouse’s. The flowers are always beautiful and delivered on time. If there are ever concerns with delivery instructions, they call and confirm to ensure that they are delivered with care. I highly recommend Rouse’s!

Needed something for my Dad's memorial service and they did amazing. The lantern with flowers were perfect and beautiful. Would suggest that anyone needing flowers for anything go here.
