Cheryl Rowe handled my difficult divorce. During our Divorce Master Settlement it was determined that our house was to divided by a dollar amount versus a percentage. There was NO appraisal done prior to verify that this was equitable. I ended up receiving approximately 40% of the value. She did not request/recommend that an appraisal be done during the 9 months prior to settlement, probably because the majority of marital homes are divided by percentage.

Cheryl’s Office scheduled an appointment with my family to discuss a case involving the Lancaster County Children and Youth Division and an interstate foster home. After driving two hours from NJ to receive consult on a case involving my niece, which is very time sensitive, the Office told us upon arrival that they could not assist. Cheryl did not even take the time to speak with us or refer us to someone else, she wouldn’t even come out of her office. This is a terrible way to treat families in crisis situations and I would never recommend her services to any family in need of an attorney that is sympathetic.

Not only a wonderful lawyer, but also a great person to deal with. Cheryl made sure every question was answered, i was dotted and t was crossed. She was prompt, assertive and professional at all times. I would recommend her (and have recommended her!) without any hesitation.

Awesome attorney Cheryl Rowe has been. She helped me get full custody of my son after fighting 3 years for it. She was my last hope in keeping my son safe with me.
