Roxy's Cafe, Harrisburg PA

This place has been part of the Harrisburg landscape for decades. The food is okay, nothing special, but okay. The interior is way overdue for some remodeling!

Simple breakfast joint.
Server knew my order by my third visit, service was fast and the prices are amazing.

The server was great and the food was even better especially the Greek Pita and Vegetable Pita. Great for vegetarians. Then the homemade dressings topped it off! So delicious! 5 stars!

Great little downtown breakfast and lunch spot. Staff is friendly, food is decent and inexpensive. Portion sizes are good to generous. My son loves their French toast. They have some pricing specials earlier in the day.

I enjoy coming here in the mornings for coffee and breakfast. The waitress, Stacie, couldn’t be any nicer. Great local spot.

Awful experience on a Sunday afternoon with Ashley and Stacy. Worked horrible together. Ashley did not know which tables she was serving. We watched our food sit on the counter for almost 10 minutes while one of the servers watched it, the food was so cold when we got it. We had to send it back and eventually just left because it was such an awful experience

Stopped by for a quick breakfast, service was quick and friendly and the food came hot and delicious! I had the Lyonnaise omelet, it did not disappoint. Prices too are great. Highly recommend!

Great Time! My family stopped in to have lunch before a trip to the museum. It was a nice spot, food was good and prices were just right.

Very bad experience went there today on memorial day order 2 breakfast meals 6.75 and 6.75 and egg and cheese sandwich the lady on the counter charged me 30 dollars asked for explanation no words instead on explaining she refunded me transaction very bad service please avoid this place if u can.

The food was splendid, reasonably priced, and the staff friendly and attentive but the rest room is not handicap friendly. If not for that inconvenience, this would have become a regular place to go.

Breakfast was okay. Place is haunted, my bottle of hot sauce flew off the table without anyone touching it with no explanation. It was pretty cool.

This is a cute diner like Cafe with great food at an extremely affordable price! I will definitely be bringing my family to eat here again!

Highly recommend coming to this great diner! The staff are friendly and the food is exquisite. Always a treat coming here before classes start, great way to start a university students day. Portion sizes are great all at a cheap price point!

I always get their salads. My favorite is the grilled chicken pasta salad and they never disappoint me. I also love these fresh chocolate chip cookies.

They only offer Pork meat items, ‍️ where’s the Turkey bacon and sausage or chicken steak and beef steak, regular steak. There are some people out here that don’t eat Pork or red meat. Get it together.

Prices are Good, Food is Okay, attention can improve.

Now the Facility does not have Heating System so Winter Time the place it's cold Cold. It only count with tow electric heater.

A great little Cafe! Was here from Pittsburgh and wanted a quick bite. Had an amazing Reuben sandwich that was piping hot and so good! If you in the area stop by for a good, quick meal!

I attached photo what I ordered. Photo was not like fresh and tasty. Some parts were fully burned. Bread is as usal toast bread, fried egg was also not tasty. Here is not a choice for me a second time breakfast cafe. I ate only toast bread which was tasty!?

Food was excellent and plentiful and that was to go. But when i seen how the food was served and how much, i was like dyammmmmm. Place was clean and seating was plentiful as well. Like Arnold said, I'll be back.
