15Disgusting. They had a young woman working who had a very bad cough and it was nonstop. She was not wearing a mask. The condiments bar is gross and disgusting. The condiments looked old and dried out. The food tasted as if it had been sitting for a while. High quality prices for low quality food. I threw mine in the trash and got a pretzel from Auntie Anne's. Shame on you Roy Rogers
Went in to get something to eat and paid the bill and they added a tip to the total
Robbing the customers will not be back here ever
Hire someone that will actually wait on the customers. You lost my business to Starbucks this morning due to no one wanting to wait on me in order to buy breakfast
Stop here and grab a TexasPete spicy chicken sandwich! They've also got horseradish sauce for fries!
Awful. Wasn't how it used to be years ago. And they didn't even have half their menu available.
Not the best chicken fingers but the chicken wings has a pretty crunchy skin. The biscuits were fire. The fries were nasty. Even after I added salt & pepper. Wouldn’t try it again.
Not safe to eat here.
The ketchup they have for the customers is fermented! Can't wait to throw up later.
Eh. Food was poor. Fries were cold, coleslaw was kind of slimy. Not that normal crunch that should be there. So definitely serving old stuff.
The fish was cooked properly. It had good crunch, but had no taste. I mean yeah it's frozen I get it. It's fast food. But still. If you can't do it right maybe just take it off the menu.
Pretty disappointed in dinner tonight. Avoiding this stop in the future.
Whoever owns this place doesn't care one bit. And I know you're going to send some automated response about how you're sorry and that you really value your customer or whatever. Maybe you should care before we have these horrible experiences.
What a shame.
Hope you don't get sued. Order 63 June 9th around 7: 30pm if you don't believe me.
I spent 15 minutes waiting for a beer battered cod sandwich. My french fries were hot and not too bad. The sandwich, well it was freezer dehydrated and disgusting. I threw it out on the road, maybe some of the grease can sealcoat the parking lot.
The food and service use to be excellent in the 90s, but now it's gone to the dogs! The Double R Bar Burger was good without any sauce, and now they're dry as the desert! And what happened to your Jamocha milkshakes, they taste sour! And they say "don't dwell in the past! " That's when things were good! This junk they're making THESE days is terrible!
Processed American cheese squares. Heated just enough to soften the middle while leaving the square shape intact. Then left out to re-congeal and served at room temp.
THAT's the cheese on their "steak and cheese. "
It wasn't the worst fast food sandwich I've ever had, but pretty bad, and at the same time very expensive.
Did not give us the Mac and cheese we ordered and my southwest “grilled chicken” sandwich was just a blanched chicken breast that looks like was thrown in the microwave to cook. Disgusting!
PLEASE STAY AWAY. 17 dollars for 1 beef sandwich and 3 pieces of chicken. There was no fries or drinks included. Food was ice cold.
Purchased the beer battered cod plate for dinner last night one if thd best fast food fish meals Ive ever had. You get a very generous amount of fush mot jyst a lot if breading.
Breakfast plate thus morning was alsi very well done. Great friendly professional staff to boot! Thank you for making a truckers life a little more enjoyable. Sue
Only got burgers but they were good for a fast food restaurant. The toppings bar is closed but they have lettuce, tomato and onions packed in containers behind the counter. Service was quick and friendly. Prices were on the high side but is expected at a highway rest stop.
Horrible, I think it was so bad my family and I just got COVID-19 from the food we ate! I know that isn’t possible, I just wanted to make a statement with how horrible my experience was. No combo meals, so you end up with a $40.00 fast food meal. Burger was made from rubber, chicken was at best room temperature. The only thing good about the meal was that the BBQ sauce was sweet baby Ray’s! We are not picky eaters by any means, but we will never pick to eat there or at any other location. Poor Roy is probably rolling over in his grave.
On another note, oh, hell with it!
Run people, run!
