Royal Farms reviews
17I come here like every week get gas here occasionally. It’s kinda of what you expect some days you could have the best food and customer experience and other days it could be rude staff and poor food quality. The selection of snacks is good and mto is simple enough.
I went to Royal Farm on Queen at Leader Heights. I ordered a 10 pc tender pack and got home to 8. I called so I could say something and not only does no associates answer the phone but the voice mail is full and you can't leave a message. I tried numerous times for an answer. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location. Very disappointed! Will take my business somewhere else
I have never had a problem with the food here. Comes up fast, and is always hot and tastes fresh. Never had an order messed up.
The staff tend to be dismissive and unhelpful. I'm fine as long as I don't have to interact with anyone. I've messed up the self checkout order once or twice (due to hitting a yes instead of no, or something not ringing through correctly). The staff always grumbles and acts like taking me a chore. Customer service is less than desirable, and considering almost everything can be done by the customer, I'm not surprised this store is almost cashier-less (usually no more than 2 cashiers, 1 being a manager).
Extremely rude staff making my food. Completely ignored questions. Not busy but made my order wrong. Won't be back.
Royal farms is the shark tales of seafood movies. The chicken came crispy and craggy. The restaurant had no chairs to sit in so I sat on the ground in the candy isle (very rude!) My unleaded was good though, and the counter tops were very clean.
Bathrooms are disgusting. Trash over flowing. No toilet paper or paper towels. Wow. Might need to go elsewhere from now on.
I've been going to Royal Farms for a long time, today was the first time ever I experienced rude customer service. The person working behind the counter made it very obvious that I was a bother, when I asked her for help. The way she spoke to me was disrespectful. She most certainly needs training in customer service. I will think twice before going back
I made a quick stop in today before work because I accidentally passed Rutters. This was my first time ever in. They were out of coffee that I wanted. I grabbed a breakfast sandwich for a quick bite before work and the croissant was hard & cold and egg and bacon was hard and cold. Worst first impression. Will not be back!
Usually the food is pretty decent, but tonight.horrible. They tend to let the chicken in the warmer too long. I ordered 2 sliders, and the strips were so hard I couldn’t eat them. Like a rock. I threw them away. Complete waste of money. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience with this particular Royal Farms. Whoever the shift managers are, they need to keep a better eye on their food times. And to top it off, the guy making the sliders didn’t even make them right.
This is a convenient place for gas and grabbing something to eat. The food is a step up from most similar places.
This is a clean store with friendly staff. You can rent from Redbox here. Clean bathrooms.
Went into this royal farms around 730 pm and bought 2 packs of cigarettes. Heavy set girl with glasses and curly hair behind the counter said "oh variety pack of cancer sticks yay" extremely unprofessional and rude. Maybe someone needs to teach her manners in customer service because you should never treat a customer the way I was treated tonight. Never pass judgement thanks
It's Christmas, I understand you don't want to work but this is unacceptable. Heavy set girl with brown wavy hair and glasses was extremely rude, acted bothered by our presence. Went up to front counter to pay for our food and she gave no care to us. Was less then careful with our change just dropping it everywhere. And refused eye contact. I work retail too. I get it sucks sometimes but it's your JOB. If you act like that this isn't your line of work. Will not come again to this location.
BUT LET ME HAND IT TO THE FOOD ASSEMBLY TEAM. YOU GUYS ROCKED IT! YOU GUYS WERE PROFESSIONAL AND "ON POINT". MERRY CHRISTMAS
Best chicken around, however it's sometimes too salty. Depending on who is working makes the difference on the saltiness of the chicken. I would think that the seasoning would standardized for consistent taste.
Always! Always out of wings. Never seem to know what they are doing. Always extremely slow on getting food together. Seem to be more concerned with goofing off and talking than working. Not very friendly. Just a waste of time and money. Go to the Wrightsville Royal Farms, it's a little better.
I never thought a gas station would be the go to place for chicken, but there it is. The potato wedges are really good too. Of all the places for local chicken, I love Royal Farms the best. I dunno if they'll do it during the day, but when I go late at night and they need to make stuff to order I like that I can tell the person to overcook them so I get nice crunchy skin. Sometimes they seem.not undercooked, but too "soft". When they cook them longer for me they are quite good. I take them home, heat up a puddle of Sweet Baby Ray honey BBQ sauce in my skillet then toss their chicken in it.absolutely heavenly!:)
Friendly service and tasty iced coffee.plus it's free with the coupons found in the program at York Revolution games!
This is one of the newer Royal Farms properties. They're justly known for fresh fried chicken; the restroom was clean.
Most of the fountain spouts were unlabeled and they were out of Diet Coke when I stopped by. If they had more (diet) flavors and a better handle on spent beverages, this would have been a five-star review. Otherwise, clean, bright, 24-hour.
