Low class people and zero customer service! AMAZING chicken but their system of self ordering doesn’t work for customers who would like to make accommodations to their order. I’ll continue going to SHEETZ. If you don’t want to loose your appetite, go to Sheetz.

I do not know why Chris is still working at this location and moreover why he is a manager absolutely terrible customer service and he should be fired. Point. Blank.

Use the pumps at your own risk. A lot of the pumps will dump gas out if you tilt it even slightly. I had one pour gas into my phone and another time onto my shoes. One pump's fill sensor was completely broken and wasn't fully filling the tank without triggering the sensor. At least the pumps have tap to pay ‍️

Today i picked up chicken and potatoes that i ordered yesterday. Chicken was fresh, hot and delicious. Everyone loved it. Friendly and helpful staff.

Who has ever heard of sausage and biscuits with gravy made with brown gravy and chunks of meat? !
No one! Get it together. The only reason you were given this food order is because McDonald's was closed. Will happily travel out of my way down the hill to Sheetz from now on. And the guy with the man bun is a bad liar.

Used my rewards card when I went to get gas and I found that I don't get the discount at the the pump unless I have the rewards card connected to my checking account. I'm sorry but that is something I would never do. So I gave the cashier my rewards card and asked her to trash it. She did cut the card up in front of me.

I want to give credit to the manager of this store. Her name is Susie Colello. She is always pleasant and a very hard worker. Her employees are also very friendly. Susie is a tremendous asset to your company and always make you feel welcome.

I e-mailed Royal Farms customer service on 6.14.17 and was given a 'canned' response that they would contact me 'shortly'. On 6.16.17 I had not been contacted and e-mailed back questioning if they actually had a customer service department. Today 6.24.17 there has still been no response. I have only experienced this same lack of concern for me as a customer by one other establishment wherein there was no obligation to respond to a complaint. We will never rely on placing a large order again due to the incompetence and total lack of concern. My original e-mail is as follows.

We have enjoyed Royal Farms chicken for quite some time but experienced a disappointing issue recently. On June 8 we placed an order for 50 pieces of chicken (were told it would be 56 since we ordered dark meat) to be prepared for Saturday June 10 at 2 pm and assured there would be no problem. This was to be for a surprise party. Early Saturday morning my wife drove to the location, paid for the order, and again confirmed all would be ready by 2 pm. In order to maintain the "surprise" she asked her mother to pick up the order. Upon arrival she was told that it "was not quite ready". She sat in her car for 45-60 minutes, very much given the impression by the surprised looks from the personnel that it had not even been started until 2 pm. Needless to say it became available well after it was required. We consider this completely unacceptable and inefficient. We had a 6 foot Subway sandwich packaged and ready on time and would have expected no less from Royal Farms. Should we ever choose to use this service again, we will take "being ready on time" with a grain of salt.

I wonder how many MILLIONS of dollars and hard labor it took to build the place, the place looks very nice 50 gas pumps yada yada yada. But yet all of it is ruined by poor horrible service. Nothing is ever stocked, the place smells like burnt grease, the food is pretty bad, and all I can say is because the workers are completely incompetent.

2 stars only because the place is new and looks nice but if it wasn't for that it would get a 1 from me. My recomendations would be is there 10 gas stations within 5 miles on Rt. 74. Stick with Rutters and Turkey Hill.

For starters I like getting gas here, the pumps flow quickly and it's very well lit at night. I also enjoy their coffee, they have a variety of blends like Jamaican and Colombian. They also offer a huge variety of creamers, all in large containers so you don't have to open those tiny packets. The only negative is the smell! They need better ventilation, after only being inside 5 mins you'll leave smelling like grease.
