Royal Farms, Ridley Park PA

DO NOT EAT HERE! They will not get your order right and whatever they do give you will not be cooked correctly! Stay away!

Every time I have to take 291 because 95 is backed up, I stop at this Royal Farm to get a beer or gas. Last one before you get to Philly. The service is good, and I have never had a problem there! They serve Beer!

They run out of food all the time! Especially If it's after 2 A. M just go to wawa. They close their pantry. This is my 3rd time this week that I've stopped here after work and ended up going to their nearest competitor.

I ordered a sandwich. Usually customer service is great. But they dropped a salt shaker in the mayonnaise and I asked were they going to change it, the young lady with no hair net on making food said “it’s not like it’s contaminated “ I work in the food industry and I know that would get the store shut down! I love the workers but that blew my mind!

As I walk into the royal farms in ridley park pa, I am informed that the deli is closed. How does a store, who is well KNOWN, for their chicken be out of deli food? ! I know I have had a few drinks at this moment, but this store has now lost a customer. I am not sure if the issue is with staffing or inventory, but this is unacceptable. So I know it doesn't really matter to the big timers in the company, but most customers come to your store for some fresh and hot food. This Royal farms, located on stewart ave in ridley park pa, is by far the worst royal farms on the planet. The employees definitely don't give the customers the sense that we are important as well. I was hoping for a nice hearty meal tonight after a great night of karaoke, but at this point I am ready to never frequent this establishment again.

If you're considering buying the chicken make sure you have strong teeth and plenty of toothpicks.

Ordered 2 family chicken. 2 sides of Mac and cheese and biscuits. I received 2 orders of burnt family chicken. 2 orders of mashed potatoes which none of children eat. Only thing that could pass as good was the biscuits. For a business just reopening from covid this was not acceptable I would not recommend

This was the most chaotic disaster I could have ever walked into after a long work day or multiple days at work. I Rather slam my finger in the car door over and again then to experience this again.don't even bother ordering food waste of money, the sweet heart behind the counter I feel bad for you. Probably the worst RoFo I’ve ever been to. Always out of stock. Under staffed at all times. Untrained employees behind the order counter. Always only one person making sandwiches during the busiest times of the day

This review is just for today.
My new favorite food there is their hot dogs.so good! But today wasnt good. I was served an uncooked hot dog in a roll. I left store to eat in my truck and I was too damn beat to hop out the truck and walk back. I reheated at work when I returned.
Please cook the hot dogs next time.

Hooked the Chevy Bolt up to the Chargepoint and slipped inside for a bathroom break. Chicken salad sammich, some fresh fruit, and a couple Rockstars booted my RoFo ponts! Ate at the counter while looking out the window. 1/2 hour later un-hooked the Bolt and headed back north on the highway.
Nice place, will probably stop in on the way home.

Everyone raves about the chicken. I found it to be super greasy and tasted like nothing but salt. Maybe it wasn't fresh but i did not like it

Great chicken. Reasonable fuel prices compared to name brand gasoline.

Without doubt, the worst Royal Farms I've ever been to in my life. People that work there are as*****'s. The food is terrible. They never have anything prepared.

Quality of service has severely declined since opening. I had to wait 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich with cheese.

You guys went out of your way to help everyone during the snow storm and gave us all free coffee so thank you.

After wasting 5 minutes driving around with other confused drivers trying each and every gas pump, the bored and inattentive employees lazily told us "oh.oh yeah, we didn't get gas in today. " Didn't bother to put up a sign. Should have went to Wawa instead.

Stay away from filling your tank up here. Engine light came on shortly after filling up my tank. Since then I've heard from many people that have complained about the same thing happening to them.

Food is good but all royal farms suck! Dont waste your time. You will wait at least 40mins for food regardless if its empty or not.
