5 stars for customer service haven't had a bad experience so far in my 4 or so times there "knock on wood. " My only gripe is you shouldn't smell bad grease upon walking into the store, that's a no no for any fast food establishment, it's an indicator that the grease is not being changed as frequently as it should, other than that they good people.

Worst customer service. Young workers with too much attitude will have you wait for assistance when there is no one in the store smh get better

Never before have I seen someone so confused about the idea of putting chicken into a box. Everything was cold.

Store is filthy. Floors dirty, bathrooms dirty, napkin dispenser empty. Management did nothing about the individuals using illicit drugs at entrance. Waited a half hour for my sandwich for it to be made incorrect.

Worst service ever did not have food available when ordered place looks filthy people in there have no customer service experience will come here again

Worst royal farms I've been too. They need to get it together.it isn't rocket science.never coming back. Wawa right down the street anyway

I went to have lunch because I was tired of wawa but this place was disgustingly dirty. I didn't even order I just left.

The fuel is competitively priced for the area. They have alot of pumps that do both gas & diesel they also have pumped to accommodate big trucks. There is a self serve car wash also, you can save some money if you combine a wash & fuel.

Anything chicken here is awesome. Staff is pretty friendly, could give us more sriracha in those cups but, I love it.

Food was decent staff friendly professional very kind but the gas station personel deff needs learn communication/professional customer skills and leave the attitude/slang/i cant wait to smoke a blunt of fire green at break.he needs leave that bs at home

The shakes here are wonderful. The app is cool allow you to win stuff and points. Just became member and adding points to the reward system. The fuel isn't bad and the price is always better than the closest gas stations.

OMG scrapple and egg breakfast sandwiches. 2 for 4 bucks. I was going in to try the famous chicken but. It did NOT look fresh at all. Scrapple for the win. Service was slow as slow and I was one of two customers, however the sandwiches were delicious. Store was very clean except for the coffee station. It was sticky and not stocked. We asked for a replacement half and half as the one was empty and was told to just get one from the refrigerated case and leave it at the coffee bar.wow. Bathrooms were surprisingly clean so that was a plus.

Whatever changes were made in last week to expedite the lunch counter are working. Service is much quicker and efficient.

The fried chicken here is outta this world. The place is clean. The service is good could use a little push. The price is a bit high but the food is great. Royal Farms is not WaWa but it is great place too. I will back for the food. My wife said it was the best chicken she ever had in her life. I would say go & try the Chicken you will not be disappointed. Enjoy

Not impressed they messed up my order. Couldn't find the newspapers I guess that's because people from Gloucester can't read anyway

The service was nice, bathrooms extra clean gas prices good but the smell from the oil they use (smell like old grease) need to be improved. It turns my stomach.

The best fast food fried chicken $0.10 off a gallon of gas with card other than that Wawa is still the king of convenience stores

Food selection is awesome. Too bad they're understaffed in the later hours so the wait time is pretty bad. Workers seem to hate the job which I don't blame since you constantly have to deal with customers that are trashed.

Good afternoon, while im happy to finally see a royal farms in philadelphia, im deeply disapointed at the apearance and service of this location, trash leading up to the entrance trash on the floor inside, scattered recipts on the service counter, uninformed associates, and what seems like old food, no silverware or napkins, but the worst was seeing your associates cleaning the pressure cookers with their pants below their butts showing underwear, (ass showing and serving food) from the parking lot to the soda counter nothing but trash and very unorginized, please do something, its bad enough that philadelphia is known for its trashy streets, now this.please teach your associates some basic core values about cleanliness and apearance, im a huge fan of your food and dont want to be disapointed again, my experience was horrible here.

No good. Food is good if you are willing to wait 25 mins for a breakfast sandwhich and your the only one in line. Staff has no urge to hustle and you will wait while they talk.
