3Lived here throughout my four years of dental school. Nice, spacious apartments for a good price. Perfect distance from the med/dental school or Presby and easy transit. Christina and everyone at the office are always friendly and helpful. Any problems you have in the apartment are usually fixed quickly and professionally. Neighbors are all great. Would recommend if you are looking for a large apartment in Oakland.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE TO ANYONE! I had MOUSE in my apartment multiple times and unfortunately property manager did not take this seriously. My friends who live in the same building had similar problems. You can see mouse traps in the garbage area.
