Beautiful roses, good service.

Purchased bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres for my wedding. We went with mixed color roses for the bouquets, and they looked nice and lasted a long time. (A week after, the roses were still not wilted.) When we ordered them, the manager helped us nail down exactly what would work best. We were a little late in picking them up on the wedding day, and she called and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay.

They create terrific arrangements that are not only gorgeous but also long lasting and reasonably priced! Friends who have received arrangements from Royer’s say that their flowers last for weeks.

I was wanting to order online for delivery from this store. I went through the ordering process and thought my ending fee was going to be $35 plus tax. They were running a 20% off deal site wide which appeared to bring my total to $35. I had a $10 gift card that I wanted to use as well. When I got to the final screen a service and handling charge was added. The service charge was almost half the cost of the flowers at $15. I wrote to the service email asking for clarification and help because my gift card was not applied and I felt that this service charge was way to high and was presented in a very shady way. The email agent replied back to me and chose not to answer all my questions but just decided to tell me that they hid the explanation of the service charge somewhere on their website. I feel that this charge is only being added right before you place your order is quite shady. I also feel that the help I got from the email help line was poor. I wanted to know if I came to the store if I would have to pay this charge. I also wanted to know if they could add my gift card on to this purchase. I feel they should add this service charge up front and they should be honest about their prices from the ordering page. They know they are trying to rope people into a lower price and hoping they do not see this charge before placing the order on the last page. I am hoping to get further clarification and answers to my other questions by writing this review of my experience.

They went above & beyond to help me & the arrangement of flowers with the stuffed animal, card, candy, balloons & everything else that was added looked ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I WILL definitely be going back there for ALL of my flower needs

They did all of the flowers for my Pop’s funeral and every single arrangement was absolutely beautiful! And we had some difficulty arrangements including a guitar, a boat and a play card. Plus many others. But Liz (the manager) made sure that we all got what we wanted. I would recommend them to anyone for any event because they also did the flowers for my wedding and my sisters and they were also beautiful!

Reliable over and over again with excellent attention to detail both in the customer service end and arrangements. Flexible with payments. Nice rewards program. Delivery options. Just nice to always have a go-to you can count on for flowers. Probably ordered flowers 2 dozen times from them and have never once been disappointed.

The beautiful flower selection, delicious chocolates, home decor, plants & unique gift options are always amazing. The florists & staff are so talented, knowledgeable, friendly & customer service oriented. I'm never disappointed on a visit to Royer's when I'm in town.

I've been buying my mom's mother's day flowers from here for years. I don't live locally, so I order online. I think they're VERY reasonably priced & Mom always loves her flowers, planters, etc. I'd recommend this place!

Ive bought and received flowers from Royers many times and am always happy with the beautiful arrangements. This is my go to florist.

Great place! Many flower selections and flexible. However, i wish they'd add more vases. Not very many options for vases and most are not attractive.lol. The helpers were nice so that's a plus. I would give it a 5 when they start adding more good looking vases.
