20Walked in to buy a bouquet and Emily was so welcoming and full of energy she made me a beautiful bouquet I was very pleased with her service!
Nice place for flowers! The inside of the shop is beautiful and filled with various arrangements and items. And the flowers and flower arrangements that they make are very nice and reasonably priced. There's a few parking spots in this downtown location, so that's a plus! And the staff are friendly. Great place overall.
I called to have flowers delivered and I spoke with a woman that made it easy for me, flowers were liked and delivery went quick and smoothly.will order again
Ordered an arrangement for my mother as a late mother's day gift. Upon receiving a thank you and a photo of the arrangement that was received. To say I was EMBARRASSED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.after I spent over 90 dollars in total I expected something decently made up and not looking like it was thrown together in a matter of 2 minutes. Highly disappointed and will not order again.
Update. Found out that the driver who delivered the order tipped over the entire order. The vase was almost empty and it was damaged upon arrival. Also the driver decided to ask where an address was and refused to find it and said she would take the order back to the store since they only receive 4 dollars a delivery and she wasn't going to waste time finding it. Very unprofessional
Usually I go there and they are usually on point with things but this past Saturday I went to grab flowers for my mother and when I went to deliver them the flowers were all soaked with water and the flowers were broken on top of that they were not prepared I know you pay extra for it but I have an account with them and they never prepared my flowers meaning cut access pieces off and put them in a water tube non of that was done first bad experience I hope I don’t have anymore because I really like this flower shop
Stopped in today and was very underwhelmed with their selection. How does a flower shop only have mums, roses, and baby’s breath? No tropical or interesting stems. They are stuck in the 80’s!
Purchased a wrist corsage which had 5 miniature Rose's, to give to my grandsons 1st date for homecoming. I called to see if a corsage could be made on such short notice, and was told to come in as soon as possible, because they were closing in 2 hours. It would take about 15 minutes to make but selection of flowers were limited. However, they did have 1 corsage already made. The one I described above. I requested an extra ribbon to match the dress, since corsage was all white. It looked so small I asked about adding a little more to it, but they said it wouldn't look right since it was for the wrist. So relieved I was able to get it done in time, I just glanced at it and paid. A whopping $52.99. So now I get home and really look at it, adding insult to injury with my glasses now on. The edges of the petals are brown & some of the babies breath has dark spots. I had to pull, snip & tuck to make it presentable. BUYER BEWARE (Enlarge picture to see edges)
This is an update to the previous review I gave. Royers reached out to me regarding the roses I received. They apologized and sent another dozen roses to make up for the first ones. So if you have a problem, don’t hesitate to reach out to them. They do care about customer satisfaction.
Lovely flower arrangements and a little bit of everything else for some fair prices, usually.y spot for special occasions.
Great, caring service from this shop. My daughter was going to Prom with a group of friends and we thought she wasn’t interested in a corsage. Once the other girls arrived and had them that changed. I ran to this Royer’s location at the last minute hoping they might have something. I walked in the door just minutes from closing and explained the situation. They didn’t have anything pre-made but insisted they could make something quick and would match her dress.
They easily could have sent me away empty handed as it was so close to closing. Thank you Royer’s you made a girl (and her parents) very happy.
I had them do my flower arrangements a year ago for my wedding. Called in to speak with a manager and never got a call back. This arrangement looks like it belongs on a casket.
I was specific to the guy that I gave.the order and he said there was not going to be any problem. I wanted a big corsage, bigger than the one they have at the screen. I wanted double the size. When I went to get it, it was the same size that was at the screen. I was able to paid what I wanted because it was for my Mom’s 90 th birthday. They ruined my surprise. I will never shop at this store and I will tell my family, friends and other people not to shop at this store.

I called today to ask about a bridal bouquet. The girl answering the phone told me they were very busy with prom and Mother’s Day and told me to call back
Monday. Too busy to have a brief conversation with me? Really? I think she could have said something along the lines of. Can I take your name and number and call you back?
Love them i asked for a text for when they arrived and they did. Will definitely be ordering from them again
I had ordered flowers 2 days prior to Mother's Day they were supposed to be Delivered on Mother's Day, they was not delivered on Mother's Day, they also did not have the decency to contact me and let me know that my flowers were not delivered, I had to find out on my own. 2nd they did not offer me any type of discount I even had to bring up refunding my delivery fee to them, what type of customer service is this. Disappointing
