I'm color blind and this place was very good because it did help me out with some stuff of choosing flowers for that person that I love

Even before my order arrives I must say that the help and understanding of the people on the phone, when placing my order, were the most helpful, delightful people to work with. I'll ALWAYS get my flowers from ROYERS in the future.

My husband bought me long stem roses a dozen in large vase.
He paid $65 And they didn't even last 4 days!
I always tell him not to buy me flowers here because it is a rip off And the roses never last.
Then when you call about it the people who work here are rude!

Very upset with their customer service. I walked in with my emotional support dog (4ponds chihuahua in my arms) and nobody welcomed me in the store, I walked to the one lady in the register and I said good morning and the first thing she said was “I’m just WARNING you there is not dogs allowed here! ” I showed his best and said he is emotional support. Very rude told me to go in and pick my flowers. I really like their flowers but I will never be back. That’s not how you treat customers I’m spending my money there I should not be treated like that. After I paid I said have a good one and I got silence back. Very rude and I will not recommend it at all. Very sad and discriminating experience!

Friendly and helpful staff. I know nothing about flowers, and they always help me out. Prices are quite decent as well.

My goddaughter was in the Kids Club today and I was really moved by the fact that a local store does something like this. Stacy was super nice & informative to the kids and myself!

Great florist. Beautiful flowers every time. I've moved out of the area and tried other florists just to be greatly disappointed. Even when ordering nationwide in the website, the flowers arrive on time and always fresh and beautiful!

My daughter n law had a baby boy and I sent her a dozen red roses with the PurPurple baby's breath looking stuff and three balloons and she said that it was the most gorgeous flower arrangement that she has ever recieved! Thank you Royer's Flowers! Staff was excellent!

I've had great experiences with Royer's thus far. The bouquets have always arrived when they said they would and their arrangements are simply stunning! I always ask for a picture of the arrangement from the recipient to see if they match Royer's online photos, and I am always pleasantly surprised. They are moderately priced and their website is really easy to order from. I find ordering gifts for family and friends from Royer's Flowers & Gifts simple, affordable, and of high quality.

I called to have a special flower sent to my beautiful girlfriend and even though it was 3: 55 and they stop delivering at 4, they took my order and still delivered it quickly! I'm definitely going to order flowers from them again because when I called the Ladies who picked up were kind and didn't get too pissed off when I called three or four times just to make sure I got everything right LOL
